1 - 300-2750C “combi” cooking
By combining Turbo and Steam methods , dishes drying will be prevented, the weight loss will be minimized and
cooking will be equivalent. By using conventional cooking methods the cooking time will be reduced . This cooking
method is ideal for frying, steaming, boiling and gouging.
2 – 30° -2750C “Turbo” cooking
Soft fillets, chops, pastry products can be cooked equal way . The temperature may be increased up to 275C , there
will be increased also the working capacity, especaially deep-frozen products can be cooked by using “convenience”
method .
3 - 1000C’ “Steam” cooking
Steam cooking is ideal for light boiling, cooking, steam cooking and steam softening. Due to its high-performance
steam generator, it produces the uninterrupted steam and makes food look better.
4 - 300C-990C “Adjustable steam ” cooking
This cooking is ideal and helpful for , cooking in low temperature, light cooking, meat & vegetable cooking, vacuum
cooking.
5 - Banquet Cooking
First of all food should be prepared at low temperature and after that we must wait for its cooling. The food ready for
presentation which must be also cooked in banquet mode will make our food looks better and fresh.
SELECTING THE COOKING MODE
Once you press the I/O On/Off button, all cooking
mode displays are illuminated, indicating that the
user is prompted to turn the Rotary Set Switch.
Meanwhile, no mode is selected by default.
The rotary set switch remains in this mode until
it is turned (until a program is selected).
Once you start turning the rotary set switch
clockwise, all modes go off.
First the Boiler Cooking display sequentially
followed by Steam, Steam-Dry, Dry and
Adjustable Steam cooking mode displays - if you
keep turning - are activated.
If you still keep turning, the same sequence is
repeated from the beginning.
If you turn the button counter-clockwise, the
sequence is reversed.
Turn the rotary set switch until desired cooking
mode is selected. (In each cooking mode, last
preset parameters relating to that mode are
indicated on the displays)
Press centrally the rotary set switch to select the
desired cooking mode.
Once the cooking mode is selected, the
Temperature Display starts flashing. (If the mode
selected has a constant cooking temperature, this
step is skipped and the time display starts to flash)
Set desired cooking temperature by means of the
rotary set switch. When you press this button, the
time display starts to flash for time setting and the
Time Setting LED starts constantly flashing.
The value in the time display is set by means of
the rotary switch.
During time setting procedure, press the Meat
Probe button (the LED on the button flashes and
the probe temperature to be set is displayed on the
time display).
Turn the Rotary Setting Button to select the
desired cooking temperature and press to
acknowledge.
The device is now ready to cook in the desired
mode.
Once you open the oven door, load the foodstuffs
and close back the oven, the oven automatically
starts cooking.
For a new cooking cycle;
Press the rotary set switch. (The last cooking
mode and temperature values with time settings
are displayed)
If you close the oven door in this mode, the oven
automatically starts cooking.
Repeat the steps above if you desire to change the
cooking mode.
On/Off Button
This button is used to operate or stop
the oven control panel. The LED on the panel
indicates that the oven is active. Press and hold
this button for 3 seconds to turn off. No operation
is performed if you hold the button for a shorter
time.
Rotary Set Switch
Use this button to select the cooking
mode and set temperature and time. The value is
incremented with clockwise turn, and
decremented with counter-clockwise turn. Press
the button to acknowledge the value.
