• Reparaties uitvoeren met Shell Tixophalte.
• Bij verwerking van gekleurd (niet zwart)
Ubiflex bij warm weer en/of zonnestraling,
hoge vlaktedrukken vermijden.
• Bij het gebruik van chemische middelen
(zuren, logen, oliën, en oplosmiddelen)
eerst op Ubiflex testen. Neem bij twijfel
contact op met Ubbink.
• Ubiflex is overschilderbaar met een
watergedragen verf.
• Voor de diverse toepassingen zijn

Mise en œuvre
• Longueur maximale de mise en œuvre
dʼun seul tenant = longueur de rouleau.
• Face granuleuse orienté vers le haut.
• Tailler, couper et plier: température
minimale pour la mise en œuvre à la main:
-10 °C, température minimale pour la mise
en œuvre au maillet: +5 °C.
• Si la température est inférieure, réchauffer
légèrement les tuiles à lʼair chaud. Sʼil y a
exposition au vent, fixer Ubiflex par
exemple sur le haut de lʼondulation avec la
colle Ubiflex High-Tack. Le support doit
être propre.
• En abergement, fixer Ubiflex avec la colle
Ubiflex High-Tack. Le support doit être
propre.
• En cas de recouvrement (de 100 mm
minimum) en maçonnerie, fixer et/ou
colmater avec la colle Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Effectuer les réparations avec la colle
Shell Tixophalte.
• Si vous posez un revêtement Ubiflex de
couleur (autre que noire) par temps chaud
et/ou rayonnement solaire, éviter de
marcher dessus.
• Si vous utilisez des produits chimiques
(acides, soudes caustiques, huiles et
solvants), faites dʼabord un test sur un
morceau de revêtement Ubiflex. En cas de
doute, veuillez contacter Ubbink.

Verarbeitung
• Max. Verarbeitungslänge in einem Stück =
max. Rolllänge.
• Granulat beschichtete Seite oben.
• Minimale Verarbeitungstemperatur für
schneiden und falten -10 °C. Minimale
Verarbeitungstemperatur bei benutzen von
Bleiklopfer: +5 °C. Bei niedrigeren
Temperaturen müssen die Dachpfannen
mit Heißluft ein wenig erwärmt werden.
Bei windempfindlichen Lagen Ubiflex
befestigen (auf sauberem Untergrund, z.B.
auf der hohen Welle) mit Ubiflex High-
Tack Kleber.
• Als Einfassungen Ubiflex mit Ubiflex High-
Tack Kleber (auf sauberem Untergrund)
befestigen.
• Bei Überlappungen im Mauerwerk
(mindestens 100 mm) mit Ubiflex High-
Tack Kleber verbinden und/oder
abdichten.
• Reparaturen durchführen mit Shell
Tixophalte.
• Bei der Verarbeitung von eingefärbtem
Ubiflex (nicht Schwarz) bei warmem
Wetter und/oder Sonneneinstrahlung
einen höheren Flächendruck vermeiden.
• Bei der Verwendung chemikalischer Stoffe
(z.B. Säuren, Laugen, Öl und
Lösungsmitteln) zuerst auf Ubiflex
ausprobieren. Setzen Sie sich bei Zweifel
bitte mit Ubbink in Verbindung.
• Ubiflex kann mit Farbe auf Wasserbasis
überstrichen werden.
• Für die einzelnen Anwendungen sind auf
Wunsch umfassende Hinweisblätter
erhältlich.
Applications
• Ubiflex is suitable for all applications
where lead is normally used.
• Chimneys - Abutments - Rooflights -
Valleys & Gutters - Dormers - Steps &
Saddles - Solar Panels - Cavity Trays.
Usage
• Ubiflex is worked in the same way as
lead,but without the need for protective
measures. It can be cut with a sharp knife
or snips.
• Maximum working length without joints =
full length of roll.
• Lay granular side up.
• The minimum temperature for cutting and
folding Ubiflex is -10 °C. and +5 °C for
working with a lead dresser. At lower
temperatures, warm the tiles a little with
hot air.
• On stepped flashing and sealing to tiles in
exposed areas, use Ubiflex High-Tack
Sealant.
• To seal overlap joints where necessary,
lap by 100 mm and seal with Ubiflex High-
Tack Sealant close to the edge and press
down to ensure a good seal.
• Avoid foot traffic when installing valley
lining or use a protection board.
• Repairs should be carried out with a
bituminous rubber compound.
• Using coloured Ubiflex (other than black)
in warm weather or direct sunlight, avoid
applying too much pressure to prevent
surface marking.
• For flashing, fit Ubiflex into the pointing
gap by at least 30 mm and hold in place
with Ubiflex clips. Fold down and dress
Ubiflex to the roof covering, apply spots or
a continous bead of High-Tack sealant and
press down to seal. Apply Ubiflex Gap-
Seal into the pointing gap to ensure a
waterproof joint and smooth as necessary.
For non-brickwork areas, Ubiflex must be
sealed to the structure with High-Tack prior
to fixing, to prevent water ingress between
Ubiflex and the structure.
• If Ubiflex is likely to come into contact with
aggressive chemicals during maintenance
or other work, first test on Ubiflex before
proceeding. If in doubt contact Ubbink.
• Ubiflex can be painted with water soluble
paint.
• If further information is required please
contact Ubbink.

Temperatura mínima de procesamiento
para uso del martillo de plomo + 5°C. En
caso de temperaturas más bajas calentar
las tejas ligeramente por medio de aire
caliente. Para situaciones sensibles al
viento unir Ubiflex (sobre un fondo limpio,
por ejemplo en la ondulación alta) con
cinta adhesiva con kit Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Unir Ubiflex de forma inpermeabilizante
con cinta adhesiva con kit Ubiflex High-
Tack (fijarse que el fondo esté limpio).
• Para los casos de solapa en albañería
(mínimo 100 mm) fijar con grapas y / o
cerrar con kit Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Realizar reparaciones con kit Shell
Tixophalte.
• En caso de procesamiento de Ubiflex de
color (excepto color negro) en caso de
hacer calor y / o radiación solar, evitar
presiones altas sobre la superficie.
• En caso de usar materias químicas
(ácidos, lejías, aceites y disolventes)
probar primero sobre Ubiflex. En caso de
duda tomar contacto con Ubbink.
• Ubiflex puede ser repintado con una
pintura al agua.
• Para las distintas aplicaciones y a petición
se dispone de hojas de instrucción
extensas.

Lavorazione

tranciare, tagliare e piegare - 10°C.
Temperatura minima di lavorazione per
lʼuso di battipiombo + 5°C. Nel caso di
temperatura inferiore, scaldare lievemente
le bande con aria calda. Durante situazioni
sensibili allʼaria, fissare lʼUbiflex (su
superficie pulita, per esempio, su la
scannellatura più alta) con nastro adesivo
kit Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Utilizzando come terminali, fissare Ubiflex
con nastro adesivo kit Ubiflex High-Tack
(attenzione: deve essere fissato su
superficie pulita).
• Durante la sovrapposizione del lavoro di
muratura (minimo 100 mm), prendere e/o
sigillare con il kit Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Eseguire la riparazione con il kit Shell
Tixophalte.
• Nella lavorazione dʼUbiflex in colore (non
in nero) durante clima caldo /

Förberedelsearbete
• Maximal förberedelselängd = rulllängd
Granulatsidan altid uppåt
• Skärspåren på baksidan - skäres med
skarp kniv.
• Tillskärning och formning: Minsta
användnings temperatur: Minus 10 grader
• Vid anslutningar över takpannor och dylikt
formas med blyhammare
• Minsta användningstemperatur: + 5 grader
• Vid lägre temperatur rekommenderas att
pannan värmes upp med varmluft.
• På utsatta ställen, ställen som utsättes för
kraftig vindpåverkan, rekommenderas
limning med MS polymer lim, som inte får
vara transparent (t.ex Profi Speciallim).
• Vid överlappning vid murning (min. 10 cm
användes även där MS polymer lim (ej
transprent).
• Reparationer utföres med Shell
Tixophalte.
• Vid förberedelsearbete med Ubiflex vid
varm väderlek eller i direkt solljus bör stor
tryckpåve kan undvikas.
• Ubiflex kan övermålas med vattenbaserad
färg.
• Vid användande av kemiska vätskor
(syror, lut, olja eller dylikt) utföres alltid
först prov på en bit Ubiflex).

Bemærk! Granulatsiden skal altid vende
opad.
• Skærestriber på bagsiden - skæres med
en skarp kniv (hobbykniv).
• Tilskæring og formning. Minimum
temperatur minus 10 gr.
• Ved tilslutninger over tagsten og lign.,
formes der med en blyhammer.
• Mindste anvendingstemperatur: + 5 gr.
• Ved lavere temperatur anbefales
opvarmning af sten med varmluft.
• På udsatte steder, steder udsat for kraftig
vind påvirkning, anbefales klæbning med
MS polymer lim som ikke må være
transparent. (f.eks. Profi speciallim).
• Ved overlæg (min. 10 cm.) i murværk

talhar, cortar e dobrar – 10°C.
Temperatura mínima de aplicação com
uso de martelo de madeira + 5°C. Com
temperaturas inferiores as telhas devem
ser aquecidas ligeiramente através de ar
quente. Em situações de exposição ao
vento o Ubiflex deve ser fixado a uma
base de suporte limpa, por exemplo na
parte alta da ondulação, por meio da fita
com o kit Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Para ligações estanques de construções
salientes no telhado p.e. chaminés deve
fixar o Ubiflex por meio da fita com o kit
Ubiflex High-Tack (a base de suporte deve
estar limpa).
• Em casos de sobreposição sobre
construção em tijolo (mínimo 100mm) fixar
e/ou colmatar com kit Ubiflex High Tack.
• Executar reparações com kit Shell
Tixophalte.
• Ao aplicar revestimento Ubiflex colorido
(não de cor preta) em tempo quente e/ou
sob radiação solar evite demasiada
pressão sobre a superfície.
• Ao aplicar produtos químicos (ácidos,
soda cáustica, óleos e dissolventes) deve
primeiro experimentar sobre um pedaço
de revestimento Ubiflex. Se tiver dúvidas
entre em contacto com Ubbink.
• O revestimento Ubiflex pode ser pintado
com tinta à base de água.
• Para as diversas aplicações existem

Ubiflex należy zamocować (na
czystym i suchym podłożu, np. na
wypukłości falistej) za pomocą taśmy
Ubiflex lub kitu Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Przy obróbce dekarskiej w postaci
schodków Ubiflex przymocować taśmą
kitem Ubiflex High-Tack (stosować na
czyste i suche podłoże).
• Przy wmurowaniu w ścianę (minimalnie
100 mm) zamocować i/ lub uszczelnić
kitem Ubiflex High-Tack.
• Do naprawy używać kitu Shell Tixophalte.
• Stosując kolorowy Ubiflex (poza czarnym)
podczas ciepłej i / lub słonecznej pogody
unikać nadmiernego nacisku na
powierzchnię.
• Przed zastosowaniem środków
chemicznych (kwasów, zasad, olejów lub
rozpuszczalników) najpierw wykonać test
na Ubiflex.
• Ubiflex można pomalować farbą wodną.
• Odnośnie różnych zastosowań można, na
żądanie uzyskać odpowiedni arkusz z
dokładną instrukcją.

vzduchem. Ve větrných podmínkách
Ubiflex připevněte (na čistý a suchý
podklad, např. na vysokou vlnu) pomocí
Ubiflex High-Tack kit.
• Jako trapézové těsnící pásy Ubiflex
připevněte pomocí Ubiflex High-Tack kit
(upozorňujeme, že podklad musí být čistý
a suchý).
• Při překrývání ve zdivu (minimálně 100
mm) připevněte a / nebo utěsněte pomocí
Ubiflex High-Tack kit.
• Pro opravy používejte Shell Tixophalte.
• Při montáži barevného (ne černého)
Ubiflexu za teplého počasí a /nebo při
slunečním záření se vyvarujte vysokému
zatížení plochy.
• Pokud používáte chemické prostředky
(kyseliny, louhy, oleje a rozpouštědla),
vyzkoušejte je nejdříve na kousku
Ubiflexu. Při pochybnostech, kontaktujte
Ubbink.
• Ubiflex lze přetřít barvou na vodní bázi
• Na požádání jsou k dispozici podrobné
instrukce pro různá použití.

sıcak hava vermek suretiyle az miktarda
ısıtın. Rüzgâr hassasiyeti olması Ubiflexʼi
(temiz ve kuru bir yere, örneğin, yüksek,
oluklu bir levha üzerine) bir Ubiflex High-
Tack kit vasıtasıyla sabitleyin.
• Ubiflex loketleri Ubiflex High-Tack kit ile
sabitleyin (bu durumda yerin temiz ve kuru
olmasına dikkat edin).
• uyumlu sıva işlemlerinde (minimum 100
mm) yapıştırın ve / veya Ubiflex High-Tack
kit.
