WARNING
Always follow the basic precautions listed below to avoid the possibility of
serious injury or even death from electrical shock, short-circuiting, damages,

• This device contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not open the device or attempt
to disassemble the internal parts or modify them in any way. If it should appear to be
malfunctioning, discontinue use immediately and have it inspected by qualified
Yamaha service personnel.
• Do not put burning items, such as candles, on the unit. A burning item may fall over
and cause a fire.
CAUTION

- Choose mounting hardware and an installation location that can support the

- Use the required tools to install the device.
- Inspect the device periodically.
• Before connecting the device to other devices, turn off the power for all devices.
Before turning the power on or off for all devices, set all volume levels to minimum.
• Use only speaker cables for connecting speakers to the speaker jacks. Use of other
types of cables may result in fire.
• Do not insert your fingers or hands in any gaps or openings on the device.
• Do not operate the device if the sound is distorting. Prolonged use in this condition
could cause overheating and result in fire.
• Select a suitable power amplifier for use with this device (see SPECIFICATIONS).
Even if the output power of the amplifier is lower than the power rating (PGM) of this
device, use of excessive input signals resulting clipping may cause damage to the
device.
Malfunction or fire may occur especially when the following sounds or noises are
generated:
- feedback, when using a microphone
- continuous and extreme volume sound from a musical instrument
- extreme continuous distorted sound
- noise caused by plugging/unplugging the cable while the amplifier is turned on
UNPACKING
Unpack the contents and confirm that all the following items are included
Speaker × 2, Bracket × 2, Retaining knob × 4, Terminal cover × 2,
Terminal cover screw × 4.

To wall/ceiling mount the speakers, use the included brackets. Before installing the
speakers, ensure that the mounting location is sufficiently strong.
Using the bracket as a template, mark the locations (four points for M5 and two
points for M10) of the key hole slots on the mounting area.
Use the appropriate screws (M5 or M10) for the mounting surface to fix the bracket
to the wall/ceiling. The central hole in the bracket can be used to thread the
speaker cables, as required.
Position the speaker in the bracket and secure it using two retaining knobs.
If the bracket is used for wall/ceiling mounting, use of a safety wire (not included) is
advised to prevent the speaker from falling. Secure each safety wire through the bore
for the safety wire in each bracket. Refer to DIMENSIONS in SPECIFICATIONS for the
location of this bore.
The safety wire should be the minimum length necessary.
WATERPROOF PERFORMANCE
The speakers are designed to be waterproof against water impact up to 60° on either
side from vertical (IPX3). The speaker can be installed under outdoor eaves away from
direct contact with rain.
Make sure the amplifier is switched off before making any connections.
CONNECTIONS
• Connect speaker cables between the rear input terminals of the speakers and the
output terminals of the amplifier.
• Each connection should follow correct polarity, i.e., “+” to “+”, “–” to “–”. If polarity is
crossed between speakers, specified performance may not be achieved.
• Strip approximately 15 mm (5/8˝) of insulation from the end of each speaker cable
and tightly twist the exposed stranded wire.
CONNECTING AND SETTING
To change the angle of the speaker, slightly loosen the two retaining knobs. Angle
the speaker for ease of connection, and then secure firmly with the retaining
knobs. Before performing connections, ensure the retaining knobs are secure
enough to prevent the speaker falling and causing injury.
Loosen the two inner input terminals.
Insert each stranded wire under its respective screw, and then tighten down.
For parallel connection to the next speaker, use the outer input terminals.
Select the line voltage/impedance (100V/70V/8Ω) and power tap for 100V/70V line
distributed system by rotating the tap selector switch with a slot-head screwdriver.
The “X” position should not be used. The 8Ω position should be used for 8 ohm
audio systems only. If the setting is incorrect, it may cause malfunction of the
speaker and amplifier.
Attach the terminal cover using terminal cover screws.
Set the desired speaker angle by loosening the two retaining knobs, and secure it
in place by tightening the two retaining knobs.
Rotate the YAMAHA emblem according to the position of the speaker.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION CIRCUIT
If input overload is detected, the speaker system will be automatically muted. When
normal input level is resumed, sound will be output again. Note that frequent input
overload events can lead to permanent speaker damage. It is therefore important to
set the appropriate input level.
REFINISHING THE FRONT GRILL
The front grill can be removed for refinishing/painting by removing the retaining pins at
the top and bottom of the speaker, being careful not to break them. Refer to
DIMENSIONS in SPECIFICATIONS for the location of these pins.

Avant de raccorder l’appareil à d’autres dispositifs, mettez toutes les unités concernées hors
tension. Avant de mettre un appareil sous ou hors tension, il faut d’abord régler son volume
sonore sur le niveau minimal.

Utilisez uniquement des câbles de haut-parleur pour connecter les haut-parleurs aux prises
correspondantes. L’utilisation d’autres types de câbles peut provoquer un incendie.
•
Ne glissez pas les doigts ou les mains dans les fentes ou les orifices de l’instrument.
•
N’utilisez pas l’appareil en cas de distorsion du son. Une utilisation prolongée dans cet état
peut provoquer une surchauffe, voire un incendie.
•
Lors de la sélection d’un amplificateur à utiliser avec l’appareil, vérifiez que la puissance de
sortie de l’amplificateur est inférieure à la capacité de puissance de l’appareil (voir
SPECIFICATIONS).
Si la puissance de sortie de l’amplificateur est inférieure à la capacité de puissance de
l’appareil (programme), ce dernier risque d’être endommagé en cas d’écrêtage provoqué par
un signal d’entrée excessif.
Un dysfonctionnement ou un incendie risque de se produire spécialement en cas de
génération des sons ou des bruits suivants :

Effet Larsen généré lors de l’utilisation d’un microphone
-
Volume sonore extrêmement élevé émis en continu à partir d’un instrument musical donné
-
Son déformé émis en continu à un volume très élevé
-
Bruit provoqué par le branchement/débranchement du câble lorsque l’amplificateur est
activé.
DEBALLAGE
Après le déballage, assurez-vous que les articles suivants sont présents :
Haut-parleur × 2, Patte de fixation × 2, Bouton × 4, Cache du bornier × 2,
Vis du cache du bornier × 4.

Pour l’installation au mur ou au plafond des haut-parleurs, utilisez les pattes de fixation livrées
avec ces dernières. Avant d’installer les haut-parleurs, assurez-vous que l’emplacement choisi
est suffisamment solide pour supporter le poids des haut-parleurs.
En utilisant une patte de fixation comme gabarit, marquez les emplacements (quatre points
pour les vis M5 et deux pour les vis M10) des boutonnières sur la zone d’installation.
Utilisez le matériel approprié (vis M5 ou M10) pour fixer solidement la patte de fixation au
mur ou au plafond. Le trou central de la patte de fixation permet éventuellement de faire
passer le câble du haut-parleur.
Placez le haut-parleur sur la patte de fixation et maintenez-le en utilisant les deux boutons
fournis.
Lors de l’utilisation des pattes de fixation pour l’installation des haut-parleurs au mur / plafond,
rattachez un câble de sécurité (non compris) pour éviter que le haut-parleur ne tombe. Passez
le câble de sécurité dans l’orifice prévu à cet effet sur chaque patte de fixation. Consultez les
DIMENSIONS dans le tableau SPECIFICATIONS pour repérer cet orifice (Bore for safety wire).
Le câble de sécurité doit atteindre la longueur minimale requise.
PERFORMANCES DE L’ETANCHEITE
Les haut-parleurs sont conçues pour résister à des projections d’eau selon un angle maximal
de 60° par rapport à la verticale de chaque côté (IPX3). Les haut-parleurs peuvent être
installées sous auvent extérieur à l’abri de la pluie.
Avant de réaliser les raccordements, assurez-vous que l’amplificateur est éteint.
RACCORDEMENTS
•
Raccordez les bornes d’entrée situées sur la face arrière des haut-parleurs aux bornes de
sortie des haut-parleurs situées sur l’amplificateur en utilisant les câbles de haut-parleurs.
•
Raccordez chaque haut-parleur en veillant à ne pas inverser la polarité « + » et « – ». Si le
haut-parleur est raccordé avec la polarité inversée, il pourra être impossible de bénéficier des
performances indiquées.
•
Enlevez environ 15 mm de la gaine d’isolation de l’extrémité de chaque câble de haut-parleur
et torsadez la partie dénudée des câbles.
RACCORDEMENT ET POSITIONNEMENT
Pour modifier l’angle d’une haut-parleur, desserrez légèrement les deux boutons. Faites
pivoter le haut-parleur de manière à faciliter les branchements, puis serrez les boutons pour
le maintenir fermement en place. Avant de réaliser les branchements, assurez-vous que les
boutons sont suffisamment serrés pour éviter la chute des haut-parleurs qui pourraient
s’endommager et provoquer des lésions corporelles.
Desserrez les deux bornes d’entrée intérieures.
Insérez chaque fil dénudé sous sa vis respective et serrez-la.
Pour une installation en parallèle des haut-parleurs, utilisez les bornes d’entrée extérieures.
Réglez la tension de ligne/l’impédance (100V/70V/8
Ω
) et l’alimentation pour un système
100V/70V en tournant l’ajusteur de tension à l’aide d’un tournevis plat.
La position « X » ne doit pas être utilisée. La position 8
Ω
est réservée aux systèmes audio
8 ohms. Une mauvaise sélection risque d’entraîner un dysfonctionnement de le haut-
parleur et de l’amplificateur.
Fixez le cache du bornier à l’aide des vis prévues à cet effet.
Ajustez l’angle de le haut-parleur en desserrant légèrement les deux boutons, puis serrez
les deux boutons pour la maintenir dans sa position définitive.
Faites pivoter l’inscription YAMAHA selon la position de le haut-parleur.
PROTECTION CONTRE LES COURTS-CIRCUITS
En cas de saturation, le son des haut-parleurs est automatiquement coupé. Dès que le signal
d’entrée revient à son niveau habituel, le son est rétabli. Notez que la répétition d’épisodes de
saturation peut endommager les haut-parleurs. Il est donc important de régler convenablement
le niveau d’entrée.
REMISE EN ETAT DE LA GRILLE AVANT
Il est possible de retirer la grille afin de la repeindre ou de la remettre en état. Pour cela, il suffit
de dégager les broches situées de part et d’autre de le haut-parleur en veillant à ne pas les
casser. Consultez les DIMENSIONS dans le tableau SPECIFICATIONS pour localiser ces
broches (Retaining pin).

Benutzen Sie zum Anschließen von Lautsprechern an den Lautsprecherbuchsen
ausschließlich Lautsprecherkabel. Die Verwendung anderer Kabel kann einen Brand
auslösen.

Stecken Sie nicht Ihre Finger oder Hände in Schlitze oder Öffnungen am Gerät.
•
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht so, dass der Klang verzerrt ist. Längere Verwendung in diesem
Zustand kann zu Überhitzung und Brandgefahr führen.
•
Wenn Sie einen Leistungsverstärker zur Verwendung mit diesem Gerät auswählen, achten
Sie darauf, dass die Ausgangsleistung des Verstärkers niedriger ist als die
Leistungskapazität dieses Geräts (siehe SPECIFICATIONS).
Auch wenn die Ausgangsleistung des Verstärkers niedriger ist als die Leistungskapazität
dieses Geräts (Programms), kann die Verwendung zu starker Eingangssignale, die eine
Übersteuerung bewirken, zu einer Beschädigung des Geräts führen.
Zu Fehlfunktionen oder Bränden kann es insbesondere bei Erzeugung der folgenden Klänge
oder Geräusche kommen:

Rückkopplung, bei Verwendung eines Mikrofons

anhaltender Klang mit extremer Lautstärke von einem Musikinstrument
-
extremer anhaltender verzerrter Klang
-
durch Einstecken/Abziehen des Kabels bei eingeschaltetem Verstärker verursachte
Geräusche
AUSPACKEN
Prüfen Sie nach dem Auspacken, ob alle nachfolgend aufgeführten Artikel enthalten sind
Lautsprecher × 2, Halterung × 2, Sicherungsknopf × 4, Anschlussabdeckung × 2, Schraube für
die Anschlussabdeckung × 4.

* Lautsprecherkabel sind nicht enthalten.
Verwenden Sie bei der Wand-/Deckenmontage der Lautsprecher die mitgelieferten
Halterungen. Stellen Sie vor der Montage der Lautsprecher sicher, dass der Montageort
ausreichend tragfähig ist.
Nehmen Sie die Halterung als Vorlage und markieren Sie die Stellen (vier Punkte für M5
und zwei Punkte für M10) für die Bohrungen im Montagebereich.
Befestigen Sie die Halterung mit den passenden Schrauben (M5 oder M10) für die
Montageoberfläche an der Wand/Decke. Die Bohrung in der Mitte der Halterung kann bei
Bedarf genutzt werden, um die Lautsprecherkabel hindurchzuführen.
Setzen Sie den Lautsprecher in die Halterung und sichern Sie ihn mit zwei
Sicherungsknöpfen.
Wenn die Halterung zur Wand-/Deckenmontage verwendet wird, wird die Verwendung eines
Sicherheitsdrahtes (nicht mitgeliefert) empfohlen, um ein Herunterfallen der Lautsprecher zu
verhindern. Führen Sie jeden Sicherheitsdraht durch die Bohrung für den Sicherheitsdraht in der
jeweiligen Halterung. Informationen zur Position der Bohrung finden Sie unter DIMENSIONS im
Abschnitt SPECIFICATIONS (Bore for safety wire).
Der Sicherheitsdraht sollte die minimal erforderliche Länge aufweisen.
WASSERDICHTE LEISTUNG
Die Lautsprecher wurden so entwickelt, dass sie gegen Wasseraufprall von bis zu 60° auf jeder
Seite aus der Vertikalen (IPX3) wasserdicht sind. Der Lautsprecher kann unter
Dachvorsprüngen im Außenbereich montiert werden, wenn es dort zu keinem direkten Kontakt
mit Regen kommt.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Verstärker ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie die Anschlüsse herstellen.
ANSCHLÜSSE
•
Verbinden Sie die Eingänge an der Rückseite der Lautsprecher und die Ausgänge des
Verstärkers mit den Lautsprecherkabeln.
•
Beachten Sie beim Anschluss die korrekte Polarität, d.h. „+“ an „+“ und „–“ an „–“. Wenn die
Polarität zwischen den Lautsprechern vertauscht wird, wird möglicherweise nicht die
angegebene Leistung erzielt.
•
Isolieren Sie ungefähr 15 mm der Isolierung am Ende jedes Lautsprecherkabels ab und
biegen Sie den freigelegten Drahtlitzenleiter um.
ANSCHLUSS UND EINSTELLUNG
Um den Winkel des Lautsprechers zu ändern, lösen Sie die beiden Sicherungsknöpfe
leicht. Bringen Sie den Lautsprecher in einen entsprechenden Winkel, um die Anschlüsse
leichter herstellen zu können, und drehen Sie die Sicherungsknöpfe dann wieder fest.
Bevor Sie die Anschlüsse herstellen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Sicherungsknöpfe so weit
gesichert sind, dass die Lautsprecher nicht herunterfallen können und Verletzungen
verursachen.
Lösen Sie die beiden inneren Eingangsanschlüsse.
Führen Sie jeden Drahtlitzenleiter unter die entsprechende Schraube und ziehen Sie diese
dann fest.
Verwenden Sie zum parallelen Anschluss mit dem nächsten Lautsprecher die äußeren
Eingangsanschlüsse.
Wählen Sie die Leitungsspannung/Impedanz (100V/70V/8
Ω
) sowie die Leistung für verteilte
Audiosysteme mit 100V/70V, indem Sie den Stufenwahlschalter mit einem
Schlitzschraubendreher drehen.
Die Position „X“ sollte nicht verwendet werden. Die Position 8
Ω
sollte nur für
8-Ohm-Audiosysteme verwendet werden. Wenn die Einstellung nicht korrekt ist, kann dies
zu Fehlfunktionen beim Lautsprecher und Verstärker führen.
Befestigen Sie die Anschlussabdeckung mit den Schrauben für die Anschlussabdeckung
.
Stellen Sie den gewünschten Lautsprecherwinkel ein, indem Sie die beiden
Sicherungsknöpfe lösen. Sichern Sie den Lautsprecher, indem Sie die beiden
Sicherungsknöpfe festziehen.
Drehen Sie das YAMAHA-Emblem entsprechend der Position des Lautsprechers.
ÜBERLASTUNGSSCHUTZSCHALTUNG
Wenn eine Eingangsüberlastung erkannt wird, wird das Lautsprechersystem automatisch
stumm geschaltet. Wenn der normale Eingangspegel wiederhergestellt wird, wird der Ton wieder
ausgegeben. Beachten Sie, dass es bei häufigen Eingangsüberlastungen zu dauerhaften
Schäden am Lautsprecher kommen kann. Daher ist es wichtig, dass der richtige Eingangspegel
eingestellt wird.
NACHBEARBEITUNG DES GITTERS AN DER VORDERSEITE
Das Gitter an der Vorderseite kann zur Nachbearbeitung/zum Lackieren entfernt werden, indem
die Sicherungsstifte im oberen und unteren Bereich des Lautsprechers entfernt werden. Achten

- Scegliere degli elementi di montaggio e una posizione di installazione in grado di
sostenere il peso del dispositivo.
- Evitare i luoghi esposti a vibrazioni costanti.
- Utilizzare gli utensili richiesti per installare il dispositivo.
- Ispezionare periodicamente il dispositivo.
• Prima di collegare il dispositivo ad altre apparecchiature, spegnere tutti i dispositivi
interessati. Prima di accendere o spegnere i dispositivi, impostare al minimo i livelli
del volume.
• Per collegare gli altoparlanti ai relativi jack, utilizzare solo cavi adeguati. L’utilizzo di
altri tipi di cavi potrebbe causare incendi.
• Non introdurre le dita o le mani nelle aperture del dispositivo.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo se il suono risulta distorto. Un utilizzo prolungato in tali
condizioni potrebbe causare surriscaldamenti con conseguente rischio di incendio.
• Nella scelta dell’amplificatore da utilizzare con il dispositivo, assicurarsi che la sua
potenza in uscita sia inferiore alla capacità di questo dispositivo (vedere
SPECIFICATIONS).
Anche se la potenza in uscita dell’amplificatore è minore della capacità del
dispositivo (programma), il dispositivo potrebbe subire danni in caso di segnali di
ingresso eccessivi che causano saturazione.
Di potrebbero verificare malfunzionamenti o incendi quando vengono generati i
seguenti suoni o rumori:
- feedback del segnale provocato dall’utilizzo di un microfono
- volume troppo forte e continuo emesso da uno strumento musicale

RIMOZIONE DELL’IMBALLAGGIO
Liberare il contenuto dall’imballaggio e assicurarsi che tutti i seguenti articoli siano inclusi:
Altoparlanti × 2, Staffe × 2, Pomelli di ritegno × 4, Coperchi dei terminali × 2,
Viti per coperchi dei terminali × 4.

Per montare gli altoparlanti alla parete/al soffitto, usare le staffe incluse. Prima di installare
gli altoparlanti, assicurarsi che il punto di montaggio offra garanzie di solidità sufficienti.
Usando la staffa come maschera, segnare la posizione (quattro punti per tasselli
M5 e due punti per tasselli M10) delle asole nella zona di montaggio.
Usare i tasselli appropriati (M5 o M10) per la superficie di montaggio, per fissare la
staffa alla parete/al soffitto. Il foro centrale nella staffa può essere utilizzato per far
passare i cavi degli altoparlanti, se necessario.
Posizionare l’altoparlante nella staffa e fissarlo utilizzando due pomelli di ritegno.
Se la staffa viene usata per il montaggio a parete/sul soffitto, si consiglia l’uso di un
cavo di sicurezza (non incluso) per impedire la caduta dell’altoparlante. Assicurare
ciascun cavo di sicurezza facendolo passare attraverso l’apposito foro in ciascuna
staffa. Per la posizione di questo foro, vedere il paragrafo DIMENSIONS in
SPECIFICATIONS (Bore for safety wire).
Il cavo di sicurezza deve essere il più corto possibile.
PRESTAZIONI DI TENUTA ALL’ACQUA
Gli altoparlanti sono progettati per essere impermeabili al contatto con l’acqua, purché
questo avvenga entro un’inclinazione di 60° rispetto alla verticale su entrambi i lati
(IPX3). L’altoparlante può essere installato all’esterno sotto al cornicione/grondaia,
purché lontano dal contatto diretto con la pioggia.
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi collegamento, assicurarsi che l’amplificatore sia spento.
COLLEGAMENTI
• Collegare i cavi degli altoparlanti tra i terminali di ingresso posteriori di questi ultimi
e i terminali di uscita dell’amplificatore.
• Per ogni collegamento seguire la corretta polarità, cioè “+” con “+”, “–” con “–”. In
caso di incrocio della polarità tra un altoparlante e l’altro, potrebbe risultare
impossibile ottenere le prestazioni specificate.
• Spellare circa 15 mm di materiale isolante dall’estremità di ciascun cavo
dell’altoparlante e attorcigliare strettamente l’anima rimasta esposta.
COLLEGAMENTO E IMPOSTAZIONE
Per modificare l’angolo dell’altoparlante, allentare leggermente i due pomelli di
ritegno. Inclinare l’altoparlante per facilitarne il collegamento, quindi fissarlo
saldamente con i pomelli di ritegno. Prima di eseguire i collegamenti, assicurarsi
che i pomelli di ritegno siano sufficientemente saldi da evitare all’altoparlante di
cadere e causare lesioni alle persone.
Allentare i due terminali d’ingresso interni.
Inserire ogni filo attorcigliato sotto la rispettiva vite, e serrare quest’ultima.
Per il collegamento in parallelo con l’altoparlante successivo, usare i terminali
d’ingresso esterni.
Selezionare la tensione/impedenza di linea (100V/70V/8Ω) e regolare la corrente
su 100V/70V ruotando il selettore con un cacciavite a testa piatta.
Non utilizzare la posizione “X”. La posizione 8Ω deve essere utilizzata soltanto per
gli impianti audio da 8 ohm. Se la regolazione non viene effettuata correttamente,
si potrebbero verificare dei difetti di funzionamento agli altoparlante e
all’amplificatore.
Fissare il coperchio dei terminali utilizzando le apposite viti.
Regolare l’altoparlante con l’angolazione desiderata allentando i due pomelli di
ritegno, quindi bloccarlo in posizione serrando questi ultimi.
Ruotare lo stemma YAMAHA in base alla posizione dell’altoparlante.
CIRCUITO DI PROTEZIONE DAI SOVRACCARICHI
Se viene rilevato un sovraccarico in ingresso, il sistema degli altoparlanti viene
automaticamente silenziato. Una volta ripristinano il normale livello in ingresso, gli
altoparlanti ricominceranno ad emettere il suono. Si fa notare che, in caso di eventi
frequenti di sovraccarico in ingresso, possono subentrare dei danni permanenti agli
altoparlanti. Pertanto, è importante impostare il livello appropriato in ingresso.
RIFINITURA DELLA GRIGLIA FRONTALE
Per rimuovere la griglia frontale a scopo di eseguire rifiniture/verniciatura, togliere le
spine di ritegno nella parte superiore ed inferiore dell’altoparlante, prestando
attenzione a non romperle. Per la posizione di queste spine, vedere il paragrafo
DIMENSIONS in SPECIFICATIONS (Retaining pin).

• No introduzca los dedos ni las manos en ninguno de los huecos o aberturas del
dispositivo.
• No utilice el dispositivo si el sonido se escucha distorsionado. Si se utiliza el
dispositivo de forma prolongada en estas condiciones, podría producirse un
recalentamiento y, posteriormente, un cortocircuito.
• Al elegir un amplificador de potencia para su uso con este dispositivo, asegúrese
de que la potencia de salida del amplificador es inferior a la capacidad de
alimentación de este dispositivo (consulte la SPECIFICATIONS).
Aunque la potencia de salida del amplificador sea inferior a la capacidad de
alimentación de este dispositivo (programa), el uso de señales de entrada
excesivas que causen saturación puede provocar daños en el dispositivo.
Se puede producir un funcionamiento defectuoso o incendios especialmente si se

DESEMBALAJE
Tras el desembalaje, inspeccionar el contenido para comprobar que están los
siguientes elementos Altavoz × 2, Soporte × 2, Rueda de sujeción × 4,
Tapa de terminales × 2, Tornillo de tapa de terminales × 4.

Para el montaje en la pared o en el techo de los altavoces, usar los soportes que se
incluyen. Antes de instalar los altavoces, compruebe que la posición de montaje es lo
bastante resistente.
Usando el soporte como plantilla, marcar los lugares (4 puntos para los tornillos
M5 y dos puntos para los tornillos M10) de las ranuras para los orificios en el área
de montaje.
Usando los tornillos apropiados (M5 o M10) para la superficie de montaje, fijar
firmemente el soporte a la pared o al techo. El orificio central del soporte puede
utilizarse para pasar los cables de los altavoces.
Colocar el altavoz en el soporte y fijar el altavoz mediante las dos ruedas.
Si se usan los soportes para montar los altavoces en la pared o en el techo, usar un cable
de seguridad (no se incluye) para evitar que el altavoz se caiga. Fijar cada cable de seguridad
mediante el orificio para el cable de seguridad en cada soporte. Consulte DIMENSIONS en
SPECIFICATIONS para ver la posición de este orificio (Bore for safety wire).
El cable de seguridad debe tener la longitud mínima necesaria.
RESISTENCIA AL AGUA
Los altavoces están diseñados para resistir el impacto de agua a hasta 60° de
temperatura en cada lado desde una posición vertical (IPX3). El altavoz puede
instalarse en exteriores, debajo de voladizos, evitando el contacto directo con la lluvia.
Antes de realizar las conexiones, asegurarse de que el amplificador está apagado.
CONEXIONES
• Conectar los cables de los altavoces entre los terminales de entrada de la parte
trasera de los altavoces y los terminales de salida del amplificador.
• Conectar los altavoces asegurándose de que no se invierte la polaridad: “+” con “+”
y “–” con “–”. Si el altavoz está conectado con la polaridad invertida, es posible que
los resultados no sean los correctos.
• Quitar unos 15 mm de aislamiento del extremo de cada cable del altavoz y torcer
los cables expuestos del cable juntos.
CONEXIÓN Y AJUSTE
Para modificar el ángulo del altavoz, afloje ligeramente las dos ruedas. Ajuste el
ángulo del altavoz para facilitar la conexión y fíjelo firmemente con las dos ruedas.
Antes de realizar conexiones, asegúrese de que las ruedas están lo suficientemente

Afloje los dos terminales de entrada internos.
Inserte cada cable desnudo en su correspondiente orificio y apriete.
Para la conexión en paralelo al siguiente altavoz, utilice los terminales de entrada
externos.
Seleccione la tensión de línea/impedancia (100 V/70 V/8 Ω) y la toma de corriente
del sistema distribuido de 100 V/70 V girando el selector de toma con un
destornillador plano.
No utilice la posición “X”. La posición 8Ω solo puede usarse para los sistemas de
audio de 8 ohmios. Si el ajuste es incorrecto, podría provocar un funcionamiento
incorrecto del altavoz y el amplificador.
Fije la tapa de los terminales con los tornillos de la tapa de los terminales.
Ajuste el ángulo de los altavoces que desee aflojando las dos ruedas de fijación y
fíjelo apretando las dos ruedas de fijación.
Gire el símbolo de YAMAHA en función de la posición de los altavoces.
CIRCUITO DE PROTECCIÓN DE SOBRECARGA
Si se detecta una sobrecarga de entrada, el sistema de altavoces se silenciará
automáticamente. Cuando se recupere el nivel de entrada normal, volverá a emitirse
sonido. Tenga en cuenta que unas sobrecargas muy frecuentes pueden provocar
daños permanentes en los altavoces. Por tanto, es importante ajustar el nivel de
entrada correcto.
ACABADO DE LA REJILLA FRONTAL
La rejilla frontal puede desmontarse para retocarla o pintarla, retirando los pasadores
de fijación de las partes superior e inferior del altavoz, procurando no dañarlos.
Consulte DIMENSIONS en SPECIFICATIONS para ver la posición de estos pasadores
(Retaining pin).

РАСПАКОВКА
После распаковки проверьте наличие следующих деталей в комплекте поставки:
динамик × 2, кронштейн × 2, ручка × 4, крышка зажимов × 2,
винт для крышки зажимов × 4.

Используйте прилагаемые кронштейны для настенного/потолочного монтажа
динамиков. Перед установкой динамиков убедитесь, что монтажная поверхность
достаточно прочная.
Используя кронштейн как шаблон, разметьте положение главных отверстий
(четыре точки для M5 и две точки для M10) на монтажной поверхности.
Для крепления кронштейна на стене или потолке используйте подходящие
для монтажной поверхности винты (M5 или M10). При необходимости кабели
динамиков можно пропустить через центральное отверстие в кронштейне.
Установите динамик на кронштейне и зафиксируйте его двумя ручками.
При использовании кронштейна для настенного/потолочного монтажа п риме няйт е
крепежную проволоку (не входит в поставку) для предупреждения падения
динамика. Пропустите каждую крепежную проволоку в специальное отверстие в
обоих кронштейнах. Для получения информации о положении этих отверстий см.
пункт DIMENSIONS в разделе SPECIFICATIONS (Bore for safety wire).
Крепежная проволока должна иметь минимальную необходимую длину.
ВОДОНЕПРОНИЦАЕМОСТЬ
Динамики имеют водонепроницаемую конструкцию, которая защищает от
попадания на них капель воды под углом до 60° от вертикального положения (с
обеих сторон) согласно классу IPX3. Динамики можно расположить под навесом
крыши, защищающим их от прямого попадания дождя.
Перед выполнением любых соединений обязательно отключите усилитель.
СОЕДИНЕНИЯ
• Подсоедините кабели динамиков к входным зажимам на задней стороне
динамиков и выходным зажимами усилителя.
•
При подсоединении соблюдайте полярность, то есть “+” к “+”, “–” к “–”. Если полярность
динамиков
перепутана, то, возможно, не удастся достичь заявленных характеристик
.
• Снимите около 15 мм изоляции с конца кабеля каждого динамика, затем
скрутите оголенные концы многожильного провода.
ПОДКЛЮЧЕНИЕ И НАСТРОЙКА
Чтобы изменить угол наклона динамика, слегка ослабьте две ручки. Для
удобства подключения наклоните динамик, а затем надежно закрепите его с
помощью ручек. Перед подключением обязательно надежно закрепите ручки
во избежание падения динамика и нанесения травмы.
Ослабьте два внутренних входных зажима.
Вставьте каждый многожильный провод под соответствующий ему винт, а
затем затяните этот винт.
Используйте внешние входные зажимы для параллельного подсоединения к
следующему динамику.
Выберите напряжение и сопротивление сети питания (100V/70V/8
Ω
) и отвод для сети
питания 100V/70V путем поворота селектора отводов с помощью плоской отвертки
.
Не используйте положение “X”. Используйте положение 8Ω только для
аудиосистем с сопротивлением 8 Ом. Неверная настройка может привести к
неисправности динамика и усилителя.
Подсоедините крышку зажима с помощью специальных винтов.
Установите динамик под желаемым углом, ослабив две ручки, и надежно
закрепите ее, затянув обе ручки.
Поверните эмблему YAMAHA в соответствии с положением динамика.
ПЕРЕГРУЗКА ЗАЩИТНОЙ СХЕМЫ
Если обнаружена перегрузка на входе, система динамика выключается
автоматически. По достижении нормального входного уровня вывод звука
возобновится. Обратите внимание, что частая перегрузка на входе может
привести к повреждению динамика. По этой причине важно устанавливать
надлежащий уровень входного сигнала.
ПОВТОРНАЯ ОТДЕЛКА ПЕРЕДНЕЙ РЕШЕТКИ

• 本乐器不含任何用户可自行修理的零件。请勿打开本设备或试图拆卸其内部零件或
进行任何方式的改造。若出现异常，请立即停止使用，并请有资质的 Yamaha 维修
人员进行检修。
• 请勿在设备上放置燃烧着的物体，比如蜡烛。燃烧的物体可能会倾倒并引发火灾。

• 在选择在本设备上使用的功放器时，请确保功放器的输出功率低于本设备的电源容

即使功放器的输出功率低于本设备的电源容量 （程序），使用过高的输入信号所产
生的削波会对本设备造成损坏。
尤其当产生以下声音或噪音时，可能会产生故障或火灾。
- 使用麦克风时引起的声音回馈
- 乐曲连续发出极高音量的声音
- 连续发出连续且失真严重的声音
- 在打开功放器电源时由于插拔电线产生的噪音

拆开包装
拆开包装，确认下列物品完整无缺 音箱 ×2、托架 ×2、固定旋钮 ×4、
端子盖 ×2、端子盖螺钉 ×4。
用户手册 （本手册），SPECIFICATIONS
* 音箱电缆线未附带。
若要将音箱安装到墙壁 / 天花板上，请使用附带的托架。安装音箱以前，请确保安装
位置强度足够。
将托架作为模板，在安装区域标出主要孔槽的位置 （M5 四处，M10 两处）。
使用用于安装面的合适螺钉 （M5 或 M10）将托架坚固到墙壁 / 天花板上。根据需
要，可以将音箱电缆线穿过托架的中心孔。
将音箱放入托架，用两个固定旋钮固定音箱。
如果将托架用于墙壁 / 天花板安装，建议使用安全挂绳 （未附带）防止音箱坠落。将
每根安全挂绳穿过每个托架的安全挂绳孔并进行固定。有关此孔位置，请参阅
SPECIFICATIONS 中的 DIMENSIONS （Bore for safety wire）。
安全挂绳应该尽可能短。
防水性能
根据设计，音箱对于从垂直方向对任意一侧形成的高达 60° 的水冲击具有防水性能
（IPX3）。可以将音箱安装在室外屋檐下，避免与雨水直接触摸。
进行连接以前，请务必关闭放大器。
连接
• 通过音箱电缆线连接音箱的后输入端子和放大器的输出端子。
• 每个连接均应使极性正确，即 “+” 至 “+”，“-” 至 “-”。如果音箱之间出现极
性交错，可能无法实现指定的性能。
• 从每根音箱电缆线末端剥去约 15 mm 的绝缘层，并将裸露的绞合导线紧紧拧在一起。
连接和设定
若要改变音箱的角度，请稍稍松开两个固定旋钮。调节音箱的角度以便连接，然后
使用固定旋钮牢牢固定。进行连接以前，请确保固定旋钮已牢牢固定，以免音箱坠
落和造成伤害。
松开两个内输入端子。
将每根绞合导线插到对应的螺钉下面，然后向下拧紧。
有关与下一个音箱的并联，请使用外输入端子。
使用一字槽螺丝刀转动分接头选择器开关，选择线路电压 / 阻抗 （100V/70V/
80
Ω
）和 100V/70V 线路分配系统的电源分接头。
不要使用 “X” 位置。对于 8 欧姆音响系统只能使用 8
Ω
位置。如果设定不正确，
可能造成音箱和放大器出现故障。
使用端子盖螺钉安装端子盖。
通过松开两个固定旋钮设定需要的音箱角度，然后拧紧两个固定旋钮将其固定到位。
根据音箱的位置旋转 YAMAHA 标志。
过载保护电路
如果检测到输入过载，音箱系统将自动静音。当恢复到正常输入电平时，声音会再次
输出。请注意，如果经常出现输入过载，可能会造成音箱永久性损坏。因此设定合适
的输入电平非常重要。
前格栅表面整修
通过拆下音箱顶部和底部的固定销，可以拆下前格栅以进行表面修整 / 涂上漆层，注
意不要使其破裂。有关这些销的位置，请参阅 SPECIFICATIONS 中的 DIMENSIONS
（Retaining pin）。
