Die Gebrauchsanleitung bitte sorgfältig durchlesen,

danach handeln und auf bewahren! Bei Weitergabe des

Geräts diese Anleitung beilegen. Dieses Gerät ist für die

Verarbeitung haushaltsüblicher Mengen im Haushalt oder

in haushaltsähnlichen, nicht-gewerblichen Anwendungen

bestimmt. Haushaltsähnliche Anwendungen umfassen z. B.

die Verwendung in Mitarbeiterküchen von Läden, Büros,

landwirtschaftlichen und anderen gewerblichen Betrieben,

sowie die Nutzung durch Gäste von Pensionen, kleinen Hotels

und ähnlichen Wohneinrichtungen.

A Stromschlaggefahr!

Das Gerät darf nur über eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Steckdose

mit Erdung an ein Stromnetz mit Wechselstrom angeschlossen

werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Schutzleitersystem der

elektrischen Hausinstallation vorschriftsmäßig installiert ist.

Gerät nur gemäß Angaben auf dem Typen schild anschließen

und betreiben. Reparaturen am Gerät, wie z. B. eine beschädigte

Netzanschlussleitung auswechseln, dürfen nur durch unseren

Kundendienst ausgeführt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber und

von Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder

mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen

benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des

sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die

daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder unter

8 Jahren sind vom Gerät und der Anschlussleitung fernzuhalten

und dürfen das Gerät nicht bedienen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem

Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Entkalkung dürfen nicht durch Kinder

vorgenommen werden, es sei denn, sie sind 8 Jahre oder älter und

werden beaufsichtigt.

Es darf keine Flüssigkeit auf die Gerätesteckverbindung überlaufen.

Gerät, Basis oder Netzkabel niemals in Wasser tauchen.

Die Kanne nur mit der beiliegenden Basis verwenden.

Nur benutzen, wenn Zuleitung und Gerät keine Beschädigungen

aufweisen. Im Fehlerfall sofort den Netzstecker ziehen oder die

Netzspannung ausschalten.

Das Gerät heizt während des Gebrauchs auf. Deshalb nur am Griff

Wenn das Gerät über die „max.“ Markierung befüllt wird, könnte

eine Gefahr durch herausspritzendes kochendes Wasser entstehen.

Nicht in der Nähe von Wasser benutzen, das in

Wichtig: Die Kanne 1 nur mit der beilie-

genden Basis 9 verwenden.

● Wasserkocher ausschließlich mit

Wasser befüllen. Milch oder Instant-

Produkte brennen an und beschädigen

das Gerät. Kanne 1 nicht ohne Wasser

betreiben oder überfüllen, min und max

Markierung beachten. Bei Überfüllung

des Wasser kochers kocht das Wasser

über!

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch

● Vorhandene Aufkleber und Folien

entfernen.

● Zuleitung aus der Kabelaufwicklung 10

auf gewünschte Länge abwickeln und

anschließen.

● Kanne 1 zweimal mit klarem Wasser

füllen und jeweils kochen lassen, um sie

ganz zu säubern.

● Beim ersten Aufkochen einen Esslöffel

Haushaltsessig dazugeben.

Wasser kochen

● Durch die Schnaupe oder den geöffneten

Deckel 2 (Deckel-Öffnungstaste 3

drücken) frisches Wasser einfüllen.

● Die Füllmenge an der Wasserstands-

anzeige ablesen, min und max

Markierungen beachten!

● Deckel 2 zum Schließen einrasten lassen

und Kanne 1 auf die Basis 9 aufsetzen.

● Schalter O Ein/Aus 4 drücken, ein Signal

ertönt und die werksseitig voreingestellte

Temperatur 100 °C leuchtet auf. Das

Wasser wird erhitzt.

● Durch Drücken der Taste 6 + oder – kann

dieTemperaturvonca.70°C,ca.80°C,

ca. 90 °C oder ca. 100 °C eingestellt

werden.

● Der Wasserkocher schaltet nach dem

erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur

automatisch ab, die Temperaturanzeige 5

erlischt und ein Signal ertönt.

Info: Die Temperaturen können während

des Heizvorgangs jederzeit geändert

werden. Während des Aufheizens leuchtet

die aktuelle Wassertemperatur auf, die ein-

gestellte Temperatur blinkt bis sie erreicht

ist.

Lässt sich die Temperatur nicht einstellen,

ist das Wasser im Wasserkocher wärmer

als die gewünschte Temperatur. Die aktuelle

Temperatur leuchtet auf.

Durch erneutes Drücken des Schalters O

Ein/Aus 4 kann das Gerät auch jederzeit

ausgeschaltet werden.

Achtung: Wird die Kanne 1 vor Beendi-

gung des Kochvorgangs abgehoben und

wieder aufgesetzt, setzt sich der Kochvor-

gang nicht fort. Die getätigten Einstellungen

gehen verloren (zurück auf Werkseinstel-

lung).

Hinweise: Nur mit geschlossenem Deckel 2

und eingesetztem Kalksieb 8 kochen.

Aus physikalischen Gründen kann Kon-

denswasser an der Basis 9 entstehen. Dies

ist jedoch ein normaler Vorgang, die Kanne

1 ist nicht undicht.

Das Gerät schaltet nach Einstellung auf

100°C erst nach Erreichen des Siedepunkts

ab, d.h. das Wasser brodelt vorher kurz.

Gerät nach jedem Kochvorgang 5 Minuten

abkühlen lassen, bevor wieder Wasser

eingefüllt wird.

Gerät nicht einschalten, wenn die Kanne 1

leer ist, sonst schaltet sich das Gerät durch

den Überhitzungsschutz automatisch ab.

Warmhalten

Zusätzlich zu jeder Temperaturstufe kann

jederzeit die Warmhaltung zugeschaltet

werden.

Dazu die Taste 7 drücken, U leuchtet auf,

die Funktion ist aktiviert.

Zum Ausschalten erneut die Taste 7

drücken, U erlischt.

Info: Die Warmhaltung schaltet automatisch

nach 30 Minuten ab, ein Signal ertönt.

Reinigung und Pege

¡ Stromschlaggefahr!

Das Gerät niemals in Wasser tauchen oder

in den Geschirrspüler geben!

Keinen Dampfreiniger benutzen.

● Netzstecker ziehen.

● Kanne 1 und Basis 9 mit einem Tuch

außen nur feucht abwischen. Keine

scharfen oder scheuernden Reinigungs-

mittel verwenden.

● Kalksieb 8 entnehmen und in etwas

Essig einlegen und mit klarem Wasser

ausspülen.

● Kanne 1 und Kalksieb 8 mit klarem

Wasser nachspülen.

nigen.

Entkalken

Regelmäßiges Entkalken

● verlängert die Lebensdauer des Gerätes;

● gewährleistet eine einwandfreie Funktion;

● spart Energie.

Die Kanne 1 mit Essig oder einem handels-

üblichen Entkalkungsmittel entkalken.

● Kanne 1 bis zur Markierung 1,5 mit

Wasser befüllen und aufkochen lassen.

Anschließend mit etwas Haus halts essig

auffüllen und mehrere Stunden einwirken

lassen oder Entkalkungs mittel nach

Hersteller angaben anwenden.

● Anschließend Kanne 1 und Kalksieb 8 mit

klarem Wasser spülen.

Achtung: Kalkreste keinesfalls mit harten

Gegenständen entfernen, sonst wird die

Dichtung beschädigt.

Tipp: Den Wasserkocher bei täglicher

Benutzung öfters entkalken.

Kleine Störungen selbst

beheben

Das Gerät heizt nicht, die Temperatur-

anzeige 5 leuchtet nicht auf.

Der Überhitzungsschutz hat geschaltet.

● Die Kanne 1 längere Zeit abkühlen

lassen, damit das Gerät wieder einge-

schaltet werden kann.

Das Gerät schaltet vor Beendigung des

Kochvorgangs ab.

Das Gerät ist verkalkt.

● Das Gerät nach Anweisung entkalken.

Important: Use the kettle 1 only with its

the appliance. Never operate the kettle

If the kettle is too full, the water will boil

over!

Before using

for the rst time

● Removeanystickersorlm.

● Unroll the right amount of cable from the

cable tidy 10 and plug it in.

● Fill the kettle 1 with water. Bring the water

to a boil and discard it. Repeat the proce-

dure. This will make sure that the kettle is

clean for normal use.

● When the water comes to a boil for the

rsttime,addatablespoonofwhite

vinegar.

Boiling water

● Fill the kettle with fresh water through the

spout or the open lid 2 (press lid release

button 3).

● Check the amount by reading the water

level indicator markings (min and max).

● Close the lid 2 until it locks and place the

kettle 1 on the base 9.

● Press the O ON/OFF switch 4. The

kettle emits a signal, and the factory-set

temperature (100°C) lights up. The water

is being heated.

● By pressing button 6 + or – you can set

thetemperaturetoca.70°C,ca.80°C,

ca. 90°C or ca. 100°C.

● When the water has reached the selected

temperature, the kettle will switch off

automatically, the temperature indicator 5

goes off, and a signal sounds.

Note: The selected temperature can be

changed at any time while the kettle is

heating up. While the kettle heats up, the

current temperature lights up; the preset

temperatureashesuntilithasbeen

reached.

If the temperature cannot be set, this indi-

cates that the water in the kettle is hotter

than the desired temperature. The current

temperature will light up.

You can turn off the kettle at any time by

pressing the O ON/OFF switch 4 again.

Warning: If you remove the kettle 1 from

the base and replace it before the heating

process is over, the kettle will not continue

to heat the water. The selected settings will

be lost (reset to factory setting).

N.B.: Use the kettle only while the lid 2 is

closedandthelimescalelter8 is in place.

For physical reasons, the base 9 may

collect some condensation water. This is

normal; it does not mean that the kettle 1

leaks. When you set the temperature to

100°C, the kettle will turn off only after the

water has reached the boiling point, i.e. it

will bubble for a short period of time.

After boiling, let the kettle cool down for 5

minutesbeforerellingitwithwater.

Do not turn on the appliance if the kettle 1

is empty, otherwise the overheat control will

engage and the appliance will switch itself

off automatically.

Keep warm setting

You can turn on the keep warm with any

temperature setting.

Press button 7. U lights up, and the function

is activated. To turn it off, press button 7

again. The U indicator goes off.

Note: The keep warm feature switches off

automatically after 30 minutes. The kettle

emits a signal.

Cleaning and

maintenance

¡ Risk of electric shock!

Never immerse the device in water or place

it in the dishwasher!

Do not steam-clean the appliance.

● Before cleaning, unplug the appliance

from the power outlet.

● Clean the outside of the kettle 1 and base

9 with a damp cloth. Do not use strong or

abrasive cleaning agents.

● Removethelimescalelter8, soak it in a

little vinegar, then rinse clean with clear

water.

● Rinse the kettle 1andthelimescalelter

8 with clear water.

Tip: Clean the stainless steel surface with a

commercial stainless steel care product.

Descaling

Regular descaling

● makes your kettle last longer;

● ensures proper function;

● saves energy.

Descale the kettle 1 with vinegar or a com-

mercial descaling agent.

● Fill the kettle 1 with water up to the 1.5

mark and bring to a boil. Next, add a

small amount of white vinegar and let it

sit for several hours. You can also use a

commercial descaling product and follow

the manufacturer’s instructions.

● Rinse the kettle 1andthelimescalelter

8 with clear water.

Warning: Never use hard objects to remove

limescale residue as this will damage the

seal.

Tip: If you use the kettle daily, descale

more frequently.

Troubleshooting

The kettle does not heat up; the tempera-

ture indicator 5 does not light up.

The overheat control has tripped.

● Let the kettle 1 cool down for some time

so that the appliance can be switched on

again.

The unit turns off before the water comes to

a boil.

The kettle contains too much scale.

Ne jamais poser le socl. ou la bouilloire sur des surfaces chaudes

(tables de cuisson par ex.) ou à proximité de celles-ci.

A Risque de brûlures !

L’appareil chauffe pendant son utilisation. Ne le saisir que par la

poignée et n’ouvrir le couvercle qu’une fois qu’il a refroidi.

Utiliser l’appareil uniquement lorsque le couvercle est verrouillé.

Le niveau d’eau ne doit jamais dépasser le repère « max. » pour

éviter que l’eau en ébullition ne jaillisse hors de l’appareil.

A Risque de brûlure !

Après l’utilisation, les surfaces de l’élément chauffant ou de la

plaque chauffante peuvent rester chaudes pendant une certaine

durée.

Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à proximité de l’eau contenue

dans une baignoire, un lavabo ou d’autres récipients.

Important : Utiliser la bouilloire 1 exclusive-

ment avec le socle 9 fourni.

● Remplir la bouilloire exclusivement

d’eau. Le lait ou les préparations instan-

tanées brûlent et endommagent l’appa-

reil. Ne jamais utiliser la bouilloire 1 sans

eau ou en la remplissant trop, respecter

les repères min et max. Lorsque la

bouilloire est trop remplie, l’eau déborde

en bouillant !

Avant la première

utilisation

● Retirerlesautocollantsetleslms

d’emballage.

● Dérouler la longueur de cordon électrique

nécessaire de l’enrouleur 10 et brancher

l’appareil.

● Andebiennettoyerlabouilloire1, la

remplir d’eau fraîche et faire bouillir,

répéter cette opération une deuxième fois.

● La première fois, ajouter une cuillère à

soupe de vinaigre.

Faire bouillir l’eau

● Remplir d’eau fraîche par le bec ou en

ouvrant le couvercle 2 (appuyer sur le

bouton 3 d’ouverture du couvercle).

● Vérierleniveaud’eausurletémoinde

remplissage, respecter les repères min

et max !

● Fermer le couvercle 2 en l’enclipsant,

placer la bouilloire 1 sur le socle 9.

● Appuyer sur le bouton O Marche/Arrêt

4, un signal sonore se fait entendre et

la température 100 °C (réglage usine)

s’allume. La bouilloire chauffe l’eau.

● Appuyer sur le bouton 6 + ou – pour

réglerlatempératuresurenv.70°C,env.

80 °C, env. 90 °C ou env. 100 °C.

● Une fois la température réglée atteinte,

la bouilloire s’éteint automatiquement,

l’afchagedelatempérature5 s’éteint et

un signal sonore se fait entendre.

Informations : Ilestpossibledemodierla

température réglée à tout moment lorsque

la bouilloire est en train de chauffer. Durant

le chauffage, la température actuelle

s’afche;latempératurerégléeclignote

jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit atteinte.

S’il est impossible de régler la température,

celasigniequel’eaucontenuedansla

bouilloire est plus chaude que la tempé-

rature réglée. La température actuelle

s’allume.

Appuyer une nouvelle fois sur le bouton

O Marche/Arrêt 4 pour arrêter la bouilloire

lorsque vous le souhaitez.

Attention : Si vous retirez la bouilloire 1

avantlanducycledechauffageetque

vous la reposez, le cycle de chauffage ne

reprend pas. Les réglages effectués sont

perdus (retour au réglage usine).

Remarques : Ne faire fonctionner la bouil-

loire que lorsque le couvercle 2 est fermé et

queleltreàcalcaire8 est placé.

Pour des raisons physiques, de l’eau peut

se condenser au niveau du socle 9.

C’est un phénomène tout à fait normal et ne

signiepasquelabouilloire1 présente un

défaut d’étanchéité.

Avec le réglage à 100° C, la bouilloire n’est

coupée qu’une fois le point d’ébullition

atteint, c.-à-d. que l’eau frémit auparavant.

Après chaque utilisation, laisser refroidir la

bouilloire 5 minutes avant de la remplir de

nouveau d’eau.

Ne pas mettre l’appareil en marche lorsque

la bouilloire 1 est vide. En effet, dans ce cas

l’appareil se déconnecte automatiquement

en raison de la surchauffe.

Maintien en température

En plus du niveau de température, il est

également possible d’activer la fonction

Maintien en température.

Pour cela, appuyer sur le bouton 7. Le

témoin U s’allume, la fonction est activée.

Pour la désactiver, appuyer de nouveau sur

le bouton 7, le témoin U s’éteint.

Informations : La fonction Maintien en

température se désactive automatiquement

au bout de 30 minutes, un signal sonore se

Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau, ne

pas le mettre en lave-vaisselle !

Ne pas utiliser de nettoyeur à vapeur.

● Débrancher la prise réseau.

● Nettoyer l’extérieur de la bouilloire 1 et

du socle 9 à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.

Ne pas utiliser de produit nettoyant trop

puissant ou abrasif.

● Retirerleltreàcalcaire8 et le tremper

dans un peu de vinaigre. Rincer à l’eau

courante.

● Ensuite rincer de nouveau la bouilloire 1

etleltreàcalcaire8 à l’eau courante.

Conseil pratique : Nettoyer la surface en

acier inoxydable avec un produit d’entretien

courant pour acier inoxydable.

Détartrage

Détartrer régulièrement la bouilloire

● andeprolongersaduréedevie,

● andegarantirunfonctionnementoptimal,

● etand’économiserl’énergie.

Pour détartrer la bouilloire 1, utiliser du

vinaigre ou un produit détartrant courant

distribué dans le commerce.

● Remplir la bouilloire 1 d’eau jusqu’au

repère 1,5 et faire bouillir. Ajouter ensuite

un peu de vinaigre et laisser agir plu-

sieurs heures ; ou bien utiliser du produit

détartrant et se conformer aux indications

du fabricant.

● Rincer la bouilloire 1etleltreàcalcaire

8 à l’eau courante.

Attention : Ne jamais retirer les résidus de

calcaire avec un objet dur, cela endomma-

gerait l’étanchéité.

Conseil pratique : Si vous utilisez la

bouilloire quotidiennement, la détartrer plus

fréquemment.

Utilizzare il bricco soltanto con la base in dotazione.

Utilizzare solo se il cavo e l’apparecchio non presentano danni.

Importante: Utilizzare il contenitore 1 solo

l’apposita base 9 fornita in dotazione.

● Riempire il bollitore solo con acqua.

Latte o prodotti istantanei riscaldandosi si

attaccanosullesupercidelcontenitoree

danneggiano l‘apparecchio. Non utilizzare

il contenitore 1 senza acqua né riempirlo

eccessivamente. Rispettare il contras-

segno di min e di max. Se il bollitore è

troppo pieno, l’acqua bollente fuoriesce!

Al primo impiego

● Togliere le etichette e le pellicole che

ricoprono l‘apparecchio.

● Srotolare il cavo di alimentazione

dall‘avvolgicavo 10noallalunghezza

necessaria e collegarlo.

● Riempire il contenitore 1 due volte con

acqua pulita e farla bollire per eseguire

una pulizia completa.

● Alla prima bollitura aggiungere un cuc-

chiaio di aceto.

Bollitura

● Immettere l’acqua pulita attraverso il

becco o il coperchio 2 aperto (premere il

tasto di apertura del coperchio 3).

● Leggere la quantità di acqua sull’apposito

indicatore di livello. Non superare mai i

contrassegni min e max!

● Per chiudere far incastrare il coperchio 2 e

posizionare il contenitore 1 sulla base 9.

● Premere l’interruttore O On/Off 4. Viene

emesso un segnale e si accende la tem-

peratura di 100°C, preimpostata. L’acqua

si riscalda.

● Premendo il tasto 6 + o – è possibile

impostare la temperatura di circa

70 °C, 80 °C, 90 °C o 100 °C.

● Al raggiungimento della temperatura

impostata, il bollitore si spegne automati-

camente, si spegne l’indicatore di tempe-

ratura 5 e viene emesso un segnale.

Informazione: Durante il processo di

riscaldamentoèpossibilemodicarele

temperature in qualsiasi momento. Durante

il riscaldamento viene visualizzata l’attuale

temperatura dell’acqua, mentre la tempe-

raturaimpostatalampeggianoaquando

viene raggiunta.

Se non è possibile impostare la temperatura,

signicachel’acquanelbollitorehauna

temperatura superiore a quella desiderata.

Viene visualizzata la temperatura attuale.

Premendo nuovamente l’interruttore O On/

Off 4, è possibile disattivare l’apparecchio in

qualsiasi momento.

Attenzione: se il contenitore 1 viene pre-

levato e reinserito prima del termine del

processo di cottura, questo non prosegue.

Le impostazioni eseguite andranno perse

(ripristinodelleimpostazionipredenite).

Avvisi: Eseguire la cottura solo coperchio 2

chiusoeltroanticalcare8 inserito.

Permotivisicièpossibilechesiformi

dell’acqua di condensa sulla base 9.

Si tratta di un processo normale e non

signicacheilcontenitore1 non sia a

tenuta. Dopo l’impostazione su 100°C l’ap-

parecchio si spegne solo al raggiungimento

del punto di bollitura, ovvero quando poco

prima l’acqua bolle per breve tempo.

Dopo ogni processo di cottura, lasciare

raffreddare l’apparecchio per almeno 5

minuti prima di riempirlo nuovamente

di acqua. Non accendere l’apparecchio

quando il contenitore 1 è vuoto, in quanto in

questo caso l’apparecchio si spegnerebbe

automaticamente grazie al dispositivo di

anti-surriscaldamento.

Mantenimento della

temperatura

Oltre ad ogni livello di temperatura, in qual-

siasi momento è possibile attivare il mante-

nimento della temperatura.

A tale scopo premere il tasto 7, si accende

U, la funzione è attivata. Per spegnere

premere nuovamente il tasto 7. La scritta U

si spegne.

Informazione: il mantenimento della tem-

peratura si spegne automaticamente dopo

30 minuti e viene emesso un segnale.

Pulizia e cura

¡ Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua

né lavarlo in lavastoviglie!

Non utilizzare pulitori a vapore.

● Estrarre la spina.

● Pulire l’esterno del contenitore 1 e della

base 9 solo con un panno umido. Non

utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi.

● Estrarreilltroanticalcare8, inserirlo in

un po’ di aceto e sciacquare con acqua

pulita.

● Sciacquare quindi il contenitore 1eilltro

anticalcare 8 con acqua pulita.

Suggerimento:pulirelasuperciein

acciaio inossidabile con un detergente per

acciaio normalmente in commercio.

Decalcicazione

Unaregolaredecalcicazione

● prolunga la durata dell’apparecchio;

● garantisce un funzionamento perfetto;

● risparmia energia.

Decalcicareilcontenitore1 con oppure

unodeidecalcicantinormalmentepresenti

in commercio.

● Riempire con acqua il contenitore 1no

al contrassegno 1,5 e farla bollire. Quindi

versare un po‘ di aceto e lasciare agire

perpiùore,oppureutilizzareildecalci-

cante raccomandato dal produttore.

● Sciacquare quindi il contenitore 1eilltro

anticalcare 8 con acqua pulita.

Attenzione: non rimuovere mai i residui di

calcare utilizzato oggetti duri, in quanto esiste

il rischio di danneggiare la guarnizione.

Suggerimento: in caso di utilizzo quoti-

dianodecalcicareilbollitoreconunamag-

giore frequenza.

Risoluzione autonoma di

piccole anomalie

L’apparecchio non si riscalda, l’indicatore di

temperatura 5 non si accende.

Il dispositivo anti-surriscaldamento si è

attivato.

● Lasciare raffreddare il contenitore 1 per

più tempo, in modo da poter nuovamente

accendere l’apparecchio.

L’apparecchiosispegneprimadellanedel

processo di cottura.

L‘apparecchio è incrostato.

● Decalcicarel’apparecchiocomeindicato

dalle istruzioni.

reparaties aan het apparaat, zoals vervanging van een beschadigd

aansluitsnoer, alleen door onze servicedienst worden uitgevoerd.

Dit apparaat mag door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder en door

personen met verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke

vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring en/of kennis worden gebruikt

indien dit onder toezicht gebeurt of indien zij over het veilige gebruik

van het apparaat zijn geïnstrueerd en de hieruit voortvloeiende

gevaren hebben begrepen. Kinderen onder de 8 moeten van het

apparaat en aansluitsnoer worden weggehouden en mogen het
