Sinbo çay seti, pratik bir ﬂekilde klasik çay demlemek üzere üretilmiﬂtir.

K›sa zamanda suyu kaynat›r ve daha sonra otomatik olarak enerji sarfiyat›n› belirli seviyede

koruyarak enerji tasarrufu sa¤lar. Gereksiz buharlaﬂmay› önleyen çay seti, demlikteki çay›nda

sürekli olarak s›cak kalmas›n› sa¤lar. Çay seti su ›s›t›c›s› olarak da kullan›labilir.

‹lk kullan›mdan önce içini su koyarak y›kay›n›z. Is›t›c› içerisinde 3 defa olmak üzere su kaynat›n

ve suyu her kaynatmada so¤uk suyla y›kayarak de¤iﬂtirin. Bu iﬂlem esnas›nda suyu maksimum

noktaya kadar doldurmay› unutmay›n›z. Temizlik s›ras›nda tuzruhu ve çamaﬂ›r suyu gibi hiçbir

seri ve kimyasal temizleyici kullanmay›n›z. Su kaynat›ld›ktan sonra, sertlik derecesine göre

kaynam›ﬂ suda pudrams› tortu oluﬂmas› normaldir.

Sudan kaynaklanan bu durum insan sa¤l›¤›na herhangi bir zarar vermez.

Çay seti önünde bulunan dü¤meyi sola bast›¤›n›zda dü¤medeki sinyal lambas› yanacak ve çay

seti olarak, sa¤a do¤ru bas›ld›¤›nda kettle (su ›s›t›c›) olarak

1) KETTLE OLARAK

Öndeki 1 no lu dü¤me sa¤a bas›l›, ayr›ca sap›n üzerindeki 2 nolu kaynatma dü¤mesi aﬂa¤› do¤ru

bas›larak cihaz çal›ﬂt›r›lacakt›r. Kaynatma dü¤mesi üzerindeki sinyal lambas› yanacak ve cihaz

2000 W tam güçte suyu ›s›tmaya baﬂlayacakt›r. Su kaynamaya baﬂlad›¤›nda cihaz otomatik

olarak kapanacak ve ›s›tma iﬂlemi sona erecektir. Kaynar su haz›r demektir.

2)ÇAY SET‹ OLARAK

Öndeki 1 nolu dü¤me sola bas›lacakt›r. Bu pozisyonda 1 nolu bu dü¤menin sinyal lambas›

Demlemek istedi¤iniz çay miktar›na göre su ›s›t›c›s›na maksimum 2 lt veya minumum 0.5 lt su

doldurunuz. Kettle'› enerji taban›na yerleﬂtirdikten sonra porselen demlik kapa¤›n› aç›n. Yeteri

kadar çay› demli¤e koyduktan sonra demli¤i elektrikli kettle üzerine yerleﬂtirin.1 nolu dü¤meyi

çaydanl›k konumuna yani sola getirin ve 2 nolu kaynatma dü¤mesini aç›k konuma getiriniz. Her

iki dü¤medeki k›rm›z› pilot lambalar› yanacak ve su ›s›nmaya baﬂlayacakt›r. Su miktar›na ba¤l›

olarak 3-8 dakika içinde su kaynamaya baﬂlayacakt›r. Kaynama sonras› 2 nolu kaynatma dü¤mesi

otomatik olarak kapal› konuma geçer ve Sinbo çay seti demleme modunda 200 W düﬂük güçte

çal›ﬂmaya devam edecektir.

Çay› kaynam›ﬂ su ile demleyerek demli¤i çaydanl›¤›n üzerine yerleﬂtiriniz.

Bu bölümü temizlemek için cihaz› prizden ç›kard›ktan sonra kuru veya nemli bir bezle temizleyin.

Porselen demli¤i ise elde y›kayarak temizleyebilirsiniz.

Kettle içinde bulunan süzgeç ç›kar›l›p, temizlenebilir.

K‹REÇLENMEY‹ G‹DERME

Suda bulunan az veya çok miktardaki kireç, su kaynat›ld›¤›nda sudan ayr›larak ya dibe çöker

ya da ›s›t›c› taban üzerine yap›ﬂ›r. Kireç tortular› sa¤l›¤›n›z için zararl› de¤ildir. Fakat içeceklerin

içine kat›ld›¤›nda görüntüde bulan›kl›k veya tozlu bir yap› ve tat oluﬂturabilir. Bu durum cihaz›n

verimini düﬂürebilir.

Is›t›c› içinde oluﬂan kireçlenmeyi sa¤l›k ve enerji tasarrufu aç›s›ndan periyodik olarak temizleyin.

E¤er bu oluﬂan yumuﬂak kireçlenme ise, cihaz› prizden çektikten sonra yumuﬂak bir sünger

yard›m› ile çizmeden temizleyebilirsiniz. Fakat oluﬂan kireçlenme tortulanm›ﬂ sert kireçlenme

ise ev aletleri için sat›lan kireç çözücüler ya da sirke ile temizleyebilirsiniz.

K‹REÇ ÇÖZÜCÜ ‹LE TEM‹ZL‹K

Is›t›c›n›n içine bir miktar suyu koyup, daha sonra az miktarda kireç çözücüyü suyun içine

kar›ﬂt›r›n. 5-10 dakika bekledikten sonra suyu boﬂalt›p, ›s›t›c› içine temiz su koyarak 3-4 dakika

kaynat›n ve boﬂalt›n ve 2-3 kez temiz su ile y›kay›n.

Beyaz sirke ile temizlik: Cihaz›n›z› yar›m litre beyaz sirke ile doldurun ve 1 saat kadar bekletin,

ayn› ﬂekilde sirkeyi boﬂalt›p cihaz›n›z› 2-3 kez temiz su ile y›kay›n.

GÜVENL‹K KORUMASI

Su kaynad›¤›nda otomatik olarak enerji tasarruf konumuna geçen çay seti, susuz çal›ﬂmaya

karﬂ› emniyet bak›m›ndan iki termostat ile korunmuﬂtur.

Susuz kalmadan dolay› bu termostatlar cihaz› devreden ç›kard›¤›nda elektrikli çaydanl›¤›n›z

çal›ﬂmayacakt›r. Cihaz› tekrar kurup çal›ﬂt›rabilmek için çaydanl›¤› enerji taban›ndan kald›r›p

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

Consider the basic safety warnings below when you use the appliance.

1) Before using the appliance, read all the instructions in the user manual carefully and keep

the user manual.

2) Check whether the voltage in the location you will use the appliance is suitable with the

voltage specified on the appliance.

3) Ensure that the socket is grounded against electric shock risk.

Ensure that the plug is safety plugged in, do not use extension cords that may provide insufficient

current.

4) Make sure that the cord is not stuck anywhere and does not touch hot surfaces. If the power

cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized service personnel.

5) Do not allow the cord to dangle off the surface the it stands on (like the counter).

6) Unplug your appliance when not in use or during cleaning. When unplugging the appliance,

pull the plug and not the cord, and ensure that the appliance is fully cooled.

7) Do not submerge the electric base, electric connection ends, cord, plug or appliance in water

or similar liquids to be protected against electric shock. If wet, unplug before drying and do not

use the appliance until completely dry.

8) Using additional accessories not approved by the manufacturer may cause injuries.

9) The appliance is fit for home use, do not use outdoors and for commercial purposes.

10) This appliance is not fit for children's use. Do not leave the appliance unattended where

there are children.

11) Place the appliance on a level, stable and cool surface.

12) Do not touch the hot inner surfaces of the appliance.

13) Do not place your appliance on or near stove or similar direct heat sources and ensure they

do not come into contact with other appliances.

14) Always use the tea set by holding from the handle against the possibility of the outer surface

becoming hot.

15) Do not put any liquid other than water into the kettle compartment to boil.

16) Before putting water into the appliance, take it from the base.

17) Use only the tea set's own electric base, do not use bases that belong to other appliances.

18) Do not wash the base in dishwasher or use it in high-humidity environments.

19) The appliance emits steam during boiling, so protect your hands and face from the steam.

20) When there is no water in kettle compartment and it is not used, switch the "keep hot"

button on the front to kettle position.

21) When the tea set "keep hot" button is in on position, porcelain teapot or lid must be over

the kettle.

Otherwise the steam shall completely escape, "keep hot" button does not sense the steam and

stop boiling.

22) When the water boils, the appliance automatically switches to stand-by state and keeps the

water in boiling point.

23) Do not drop your appliance during handling and transportation, and avoid impacts. Always

consider that the hot water in the appliance can spill by impacts and be careful.

WARNING: When there is no water in the heater or there is less than 0,5 litres; the boil button

should not be turned on and be turned off when water runs out.

BEFORE USE

Sinbo tea set is produced to brew classical tea in a practical fashion.

It boils the water in short time and then keeps the energy expenditure at a certain level

automatically, saving energy. Tea set prevents unnecessary steaming and enables the tea in

the teapot to stay hot constantly. Tea set can also be used as a kettle.

Rinse the insides with water before first use. Boil water in the heater 3 times and replace the

water with cold water every time. Do not forget to fill the water up to the maximum level during

this operation. Do not use any serial and chemical cleaners like hydrochloric acid and bleach

during cleaning. It is normal that boiling water has a powder-like residue based on the hardness

level after the water boils.

This is caused by the water and does not pose any threat to human health.

When you press the button in front of the tea set to the left, the indicator lamp on the button

shall turn on and work as a tea set; when you press it to the right it shall

work as a kettle.

WATER LEVEL

You can put maximum 2 lt water into the appliance, whether as a kettle or a tea set. Maximum

2 lt water level is marked on the filter inside the appliance with red.

USE

1) AS KETTLE

The appliance shall be turned on by pressing the button 1 on the front to the right and the boiling

button 2 on the handle pressed down. The indicator lamp on the boiling button shall turn on

and the appliance shall start to heat water with 2000 W full-power. When the water starts boiling

the appliance shall automatically turn off and the heating operation shall end. Boiling water is

ready.

2) AS TEA SET

The button 1 on the front shall be pressed left. In this position, the indicator lamp of button 1

shall turn on. Also, the boiling button 2 on the handle shall be pressed down to turn on the

appliance and the appliance shall start heating the water with 2000 W full power. When the

water starts boiling the boiling button shall turn off and the appliance shall switch to low-power

heating which is the brewing mode with electronic circuit. During this time, the kettle indicator

light shall flash. In brewing mode, the appliance consumes approximately 200W power. There

is no harm in keeping the appliance constantly in brewing mode. The device shall automatically

turn off when water runs out. To turn on again, lift the appliance from the corded base and fill

with water; you can restart the operation when you put it back on its base. When you won't use

the appliance, press the button 1

to the right and switch to kettle position. In this position you can leave the appliance on the

base.

PREPARING TEA

Put maximum 2 lt or minimum 0,5 lt water into the water heater depending on the amount of

tea you want to brew. Open the porcelain teapot lid after you place the kettle on the electric

base. Place adequate amount of tea into the teapot and then place the teapot on the kettle.

Switch button 1 to the teapot position to the left and turn on boiling button no 2. The red pilot

lamps on both buttons shall turn on and water shall start to heat. Depending on the amount

of water, it shall start boiling in 3-8 minutes. After boiling the boiling button 2 automatically

switches to off mode and Sinbo tea set continues to run in 200 W low-power brewing mode.

Brew the tea with boiling water and place the teapot on the kettle.

If you add cold water to your heater, turn on the boiling button again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not wash the kettle (heater) and electric base in

dishwasher or submerge them in water.

To clean this part, unplug the appliance and clean with a dry or damp cloth. You can clean the

porcelain teapot by hand washing.

The filter inside the kettle can be taken out and cleaned.

REMOVING CALCIFICATION

Low or high amounts of lime inside the water separates from the water during boiling and

settles or sticks on the heater bottom. Lime residue is not dangerous for your health. But when

added into drinks, it may cause slur or dusty appearance and taste. This may decrease the

appliance performance.

Periodically clean the calcification inside the heater for health and energy saving. If this is soft

calcification, you can clean the appliance with a sponge after unplugging without scratching.

But if the calcification is hard with residue, you can clean it with anti-scale sold for house

appliances or vinegar.

Warning: Do not use hard-surface cleaners, or the surfaces may get scratched.

CLEANING WITH ANTI-SCALE

Place some water in the heater and then mix some anti-scale in the water. Wait for 5-10 minutes

and then empty the water, place clean water into the heater and boil for 3-4 minutes; rinse with

clean water 2-3 times.

Cleaning with white vinegar: Fill your appliance with half a litre of white vinegar and wait for

around 1 hour; empty the vinegar and rinse with clean water 2-3 times.

SAFETY PROTECTION

The tea set automatically switches to energy saving mode when the water boils, and it is

protected against waterless operation with two thermostats.

When these thermostats turn off your appliance due to running out of water; your electric kettle

won't work. To set up and run the appliance again, lift the kettle from the electric base, add

water and start again.

DURING TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING

• Do not drop the product,

• Protect from impacts,

• Ensure it doesn't get crushed or squeezed,

• Observe the marks on the packaging,

Unplug the power cord when you don't use the appliance.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
