Please read your instructions manual carefully to obtain best outputs

from your appliance and then keep for the future references.

• Ensure that the voltage which is written on your Arzum Ehlikeyif

Delux Tea Maker and Turkish Coffee Maker Set is in compliance

with the voltage rating of your place. Our company could not be kept

responsible for the failures arising from any incompatibility and this

failure is processed out of the guarantee coverage.

• This appliance is intended to

be used in household and similar

applications such as:

- Staff kitchen areas in shops,

ofﬁces and other working

environments;

- Farm houses;

- By clients in hotels, motels

and other residential type

• Attach your appliance to a grounded outlet. Do not use the extension

cables which provide insufcient current not to damage your appliance.

When the extension cable is used, ensure that the grounded and cable

section is 0.75 mm².

• Do not place your Arzum Ehlikeyif Delux Tea Maker and Turkish

Coffee Maker Set on or very close to the direct heat sources such as

stoves, ovens.

• Place your appliance on a sound and at ground. Do not place it on the

tables or workbench sides. Your appliance may fall down with a small

stroke. Do not forget that your appliance may be full of hot water.

• Ensure that the cable does not loose down from the table or workbench

side or does not contact with any other appliance in any way.

• Avoid the acts to damage the cable and plug of your appliance. Do not

carry by keeping from its cable, instead keep the plug to disconnect it,

and NEVER pull from its cable.

• Do not make any intervention out of the cleaning and maintenance of

your appliance. If the appliance cable or plug fails, or damaged because

of falling down or any other reason, then do not use it. Do not attempt to

repair it. Apply Arzum Authorized Service.

• Always keep and lift from the handle of your appliance. The external

surface may be hot.

• Remove the plug of your appliance from the outlet when it is not in use

or when you clean appliance and ensure that it cooled down completely

before the cleaning process.

• Only use its energy base of your Arzum Ehlikeyif Delux Tea Maker

and Turkish Coffee Maker Set. Do not use the energy bases which

belong to the other appliances.

• Protect your hands from the vapor arising

when the water is boiling and do not allow

children to use the appliance.

• The main switch should be ALWAYS in “0”

position when there is no water in the water

heater or when it is not in use.

• When the boiling switch of your Arzum

Ehlikeyif Delux Tea Maker and Turkish Coffee

Maker Set is open ,

there should be ALWAYS teapot on the water

heater section. If not, the appliance will be

delayed to pass to the energy saving mode

while the water is boiling.

• NEVER plunge your appliance, water heater

and the energy transmission base into

water or any other liquid, do not wash in the

dishwashing machine, do not use in bathroom and in the similar places

where there is a high proportion of humidity.

• When you ll water in your appliance, take your appliance from the

energy transmission base.

• NEVER put anything else but water in the water heater of your

appliance.

• Never leave wet the energy transmission base and the electric

connection tips. If they get wet, then disconnect it from the outlet before

drying and do not operate your appliance before it dries completely.

USING YOUR ARZUM EHLİKEYİF DELUX

TEA MAKER

• When you take the teapot to ll tea pull and take off its base from the

settled surface. Thus, the drops that accumulate on the base will be

poured in the water heater.

• Wash inside your Arzum Ehlikeyif Delux Tea Maker and Turkish Coffee

Maker by means of putting water in it before the ﬁrst use. Boil it for two

or three times in the water heater and change the water every time.

Ensure that the water is at the maximum level when you perform this

process. Discharge the hot water before every boiling and wash inside

your appliance with cold water.

• After boiling the water, it is normal for the powdery sediment to be

formed in the boiled water according to the hardness degree of the

water. This is due to the water and does not

cause damage to human health.

• Fill in your water heater water always

between the levels min. (0,5 lt) or max. (1,9 lt)/

If you attempt boiling the water under the

minimum level, it will cause your appliance

to be shut off earlier

and if you attempt

the water above the

maximum level, it will cause water to overﬂow.

• Open the teapot

lid and remove the

tea ﬁlter and add

sufﬁcient amount of

tea in the ﬁlter and

add some cold water and then replace it on

the teapot.

• Open by taking the main switch to “I” and the

boiling switch to position. The red pilot light will

be on and the water will start heating.

• Depending on the amount of water added, the water will start boiling

within 3-8 minutes and the boiling switch will pass automatically to

the closed position and it will decrease the heating power to keep the

water boiling at the minimum level and to provide the energy saving.

Meanwhile, the red pilot light will go out and the green pilot light will be

on.

TURKISH COFFEE COOKING

• You can cook Turkish coffee for 4 persons

with your Arzum Turkish Coffee Maker.

• Fill cold water in your Turkish Coffee Maker

according to the number (maximum 4

persons-300 milliliters) you will make.

• If you will cook coffee with a middling amount

of sugar, then add 1 small coffee cup of water, 1 cube sugar and with 1

full tea spoon of Turkish coffee.

• Place your appliance on the energy base and operate it by pressing on

the opening/closing button.

• Meanwhile, stir your coffee for one or

two times.

• When coffee starts swelling up slightly,

close your appliance and pour some

coffee in the coffee cup (for foam).

• Replace your appliance on the energy

transmission base again and operate your

appliance again and pour the remaining coffee in the coffee cup when

your coffee starts swelling up again.

• You can cook coffee with different dimensions according to your own

taste.

CLEANING

• Read the section of matters to be paid attention before cleaning your

appliance.

SHUT DOWN THE MAIN SWITCH (I/O) OF YOUR APPLIANCE AND TAKE

TO THE “0” POSITION, DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE OUTLET

AND WAIT FOR YOUR APPLIANCE TO COOL DOWN BEFORE

CLEANING.

• You can wash the

teapot and ﬁlter of

your Arzum Ehlikeyif

Delux Tea Maker and

Turkish Coffee Maker

in hand or in the

dishwasher. NEVER

wash the other parts by means of plunging them into water or in the

dishwasher.

• Steep the tea with the boiled water and replace the teapot. If

necessary, add water to your water heater. If you add water, take the

boiling switch again to the position.

SECURITY SYSTEM

• When the water boils, the appliance passes to the energy saving mode

automatically. Operation Protection without water: Your appliance is

protected with two thermostats for your security.

USING ARZUM TURKISH

COFFEE MAKER

• You can use Arzum Turkish Coffee Maker

with the same energy transmission base of

Ehlikeyif Delux.

• Your appliance heats up when it is in use,

because of this reason; do not touch the hot

surfaces of the appliance. When you make

coffee or when the water starts boiling, keep

your appliance far from the appliance rim.

• When you want to take your appliance from the transmission base,

take your appliance to the closed position.

• You can only boil water or make Turkish coffee with your Turkish coffee

maker. Do not use any other liquid or solution.

• Wash your appliance before its rst use, after that ll water and shut

down your appliance when it boils.

• Pour the water and leave your appliance to cool down.

• You can use your appliance as the water heater or Turkish coffee

maker.

• Discharge the water in your water heater and wipe its external surface

with a dry or damp cloth.

• Do not clean any accessory of your appliance by means of using the

hard and chemical cleaners (liquid bleach, hydrochloric acid etc).

• NEVER wet the cable and plug of your appliance. If they get wet, then

disconnect the plug from outlet and dry both the cable and plug

properly.

CALCIFICATION REMOVAL

• It is important to remove the calcication

formed inside your water heater periodically in

terms of both hygiene and energy saving.

• The calcication within the water used in the

course of time accumulates on the heater

base and burns out and forms a brown layer

and then reduces the output of your heater.

• The slight calcication can be cleaned easily

with a brush (before doing this process, do not

forget to disconnect the plug from the outlet

ﬁrst.).

• You can clean the hard calcication with

sediments by means of the calciﬁcation

removers which are sold for the household

appliances that can be purchased from the market or vinegar.

• To clean with the calcication remover; after boiling some water in your

appliance, mix the calciﬁcation

remover with the boiled water.

After waiting for a while, boil

your heater 2-3 min. more

and discharge its inside and

wash with clean water for 2-3

times.

• To clean with white vinegar;

ll half liter of white vinegar in

your appliance and wait for

1 hour, and after that, empty

the vinegar and wash your

appliance with clean water for

2-3 times.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI

1. Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 3 yıldır.

2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı garanti kapsamındadır.

3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı

Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun 11 inci maddesinde yer alan;

a- Sözleşmeden dönme,

b- Satış bedelinden indirim isteme,

c- Ücretsiz onarılmasını isteme,

ç- Satılanın ayıpsız bir misli ile değiştirilmesini isteme,

haklarından birini kullanabilir.

4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesi durumunda

satıcı; işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir

ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin malın onarımını yapmak veya

yaptırmakla yükümlüdür. Tüketici ücretsiz onarım hakkını üretici veya

ithalatçıya karşı kullananilir. Satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı tüketicinin bu hakkını

kullanmasından müteselsilen sorumludur.

5. Tüketicinin, ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanması halinde malın;

- Garanti süresi içinde tekrar arızalanması,

- Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin aşılması,

- Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici

veya ithalatçı tarafından bir raporla belirlenmesi durumlarında;

tüketici malin bedel iadesini, ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan

varsa malın ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir.

Satıcı, tüketicinin talebini reddedemez. Bu talebin yerine getirilmemesi

durumunda satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı müteselsilen sorumludur.

6. Malın tamir süresi 20 iş gününü, binek otomobil ve kamyonetler için

ise 30 iş gününü geçemez. Bu süre, garanti süresi içerisinde mala ilişkin

arızanın yetkili servis istasyonuna veya satıcıya bildirimi tarihinde, garanti

süresi dışında ise malın yetkili servis istasyonuna teslim tarihinden itibaren

başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi halinde üretici

veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere

sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır. Malın

garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre

garanti süresine eklenir.

7. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasında

kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak

çıkabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya tüketici

işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici

Mahkemesine başvurabilir.

9. Satıcı tarafından bu Garanti Belgesinin verilmesi durumunda, tüketici

Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi

Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.
