Connect the speaker to a power source. When the ring indicator

flashes orange, the speaker is ready for network configuration.

Installing the HUAWEI AI Life App

HUAWEI AI Life app

Scan the QR code below with your phone or search for “AI Life” in

HUAWEI AppGallery, and download and install the HUAWEI AI

Life app.

Connecting to a power source

If the indicator does not flash orange, press and hold the Mute

button until it does so.

Network configuration for the speaker

If the app fails to detect the device, follow the onscreen

instructions to manually add the speaker.

Adding the speaker

1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.

2. On the home screen of the AI Life app, touch +, add the Sound X

speaker, and the app will automatically search for the speaker.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions to configure the network for the

speaker.

After the network configuration is complete, a card for the

speaker will be displayed on the home screen of the AI Life

app. Touch the card to access the device control screen. You

can now control the speaker and update its firmware.

After network configuration is complete for the speaker, features

requiring a Wi-Fi connection (including firmware updates and

UPnP wireless audio connection) will be available.

Make sure that the app is the latest version if it has already been

installed. The HUAWEI AI Life app is not supported on iOS

devices.

Bluetooth audio playback

1. Enable Bluetooth on the speaker: Press and hold the

Multi-function button until you hear a notification tone from the

speaker.

Connect the speaker to your phone over Bluetooth and play audio

files on your phone from the speaker.

2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

3. From the list of available Bluetooth devices, touch HUAWEI

Sound X-XXXXX to pair the speaker with your phone.

To disconnect the two devices, press and hold the

Multi-function button for about 3 seconds or disable Bluetooth

on your phone.

Only supports Android phones running Android 5.1.1 or later.

OneHop Audio Sharing

1. Enable NFC on your phone, and make sure the screen is

unlocked and turned on.

With just one tap, audio played from your phone will seamlessly

switch to the speaker.

Huawei phones:

the notification panel and

switch NFC on.

2. Tap the NFC area on your phone against the icon on the

speaker.

Huawei phones:

The NFC area is usually

located near the rear

whether network configuration is complete.

Factory reset

To restore the speaker to its factory settings, press and hold

the Multi-function and Volume down buttons at the

same time until the orange ring indicator stops spinning.

Branchement à une source d'alimentation

Si le témoin lumineux circulaire ne clignote pas en orange,

appuyez/maintenez le bouton de coupure du son

jusqu'à clignotement du témoin.

Conﬁguration réseau pour l'enceinte

Si l'application ne parvient pas à détecter votre enceinte, suivez

les instructions à l'écran pour ajouter manuellement l'appareil.

Ajout de l'enceinte

1. Connectez votre téléphone à un réseau Wi-Fi.

2. Sur l'écran d'accueil de l'application AI Life, touchez +, ajoutez l'enceinte

Sound X, et l'application se mettra automatiquement à la rechercher.

3. Suivez les instructions à l'écran pour conﬁgurer le réseau pour votre

enceinte.

Une fois la connexion réseau conﬁgurée, une carte pour

l'enceinte s'ache sur l'écran d'accueil de l'application AI

Life. Toucher cette carte permet d'accéder à l'écran de

contrôle de votre enceinte, pour ainsi pouvoir la contrôler et

mettre à jour son ﬁrmware.

La conﬁguration réseau pour l'enceinte permet de rendre disponible

les fonctionnalités nécessitant une connexion Wi-Fi (notamment

les mises à jour du ﬁrmware et la connexion audio sans ﬁl UPnP).

Lecture audio Bluetooth

1. Activez le Bluetooth sur l'enceinte en appuyant/maintenant le

bouton multifonctions jusqu'à ce que l'enceinte émette un signal

sonore.

L'association de l'enceinte avec votre téléphone via Bluetooth

permet de lire les ﬁchiers audio de votre téléphone depuis

l'enceinte.

2. Activez le Bluetooth sur votre téléphone.

3. Depuis la liste des appareils Bluetooth disponibles, touchez

HUAWEI Sound X-XXXXX pour associer l'enceinte à votre

téléphone.

Pour dissocier les deux appareils, appuyez/maintenez le

bouton multifonctions pendant environ 3 secondes, ou

désactivez le Bluetooth sur votre téléphone.

1. Activez le NFC sur votre téléphone, et assurez-vous que l'écran
