Troubleshooting
▶Repairs to the appliance should only be
carried out by trained specialist staff.
▶Only use genuine spare parts when re-
pairing the appliance.
▶If the power cord of this appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the manufacturer's Cus-
tomer Service or a similarly qualified per-
son in order to prevent any risk.
The appliance is adjusted to the lowest
power level.
The Sensor Control indicator lights up red.
The filter is blocked.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Tap out the cartridge filter.
3. Clean the fluff filter.
Nozzle, telescopic tube or hose are
blocked.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Dismantle the appliance.
3. Remove the blockage.
The appliance is adjusted to the lowest
power level.
The Sensor Control indicator flashes red.
Cartridge filter is soiled.
▶Clean the cartridge filter.
The dust container cannot be inserted.
The filter unit is not complete.
▶Check whether the filter unit is com-
plete.
The filter unit or dust container is not
positioned correctly.
▶Check whether the filter unit and dust
container are inserted correctly.
Brush on the turbo nozzle does not turn.
Brush roller is soiled.
▶Clean the brush roller.
Suction power is too low.
▶Turn the power controller to maximum
suction power.
Disposing of old appliance
1. Unplug the appliance from the mains.
2. Cut through the power cord.
3. Dispose of the appliance in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
