With Zirconium Blade. This product as well is one of those offered to

you to make life easier for you.

In order to obtain utmost output from your appliance, please read

carefully this user’s manual and save it for further use.

Blender Set With Zirconium Blade corresponds with the mains voltage in

your home. Our company shall not be held liable for any failures owing to

any discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.

commercial or industrial purposes.

blender from the supply if it

is left unattended and before

assembling, disassembling or

cleaning;

•Donotallowchildrentousethe

blender without supervision.

• Topreventharmingyourappliancedonotuseextensioncordsthat

supply insufﬁcient current.

• NEVER place the Arzum Provita Hand Blender Set With Zirconium

Blade over or near direct heat sources such as hot gas, electric burner,

or heating oven.

• Whencarryingorwashing,takecaretoholdthemixingandcutting

blades of your appliance from the correct side, as they are very sharp.

Otherwise, they may cause serious injuries.

• Avoidfromtouchinganymovingpartswheninuse.Donotkeepyour

hands, hairs, clothes, or any tools closer.

• NEVER attach to your appliance any accessories belonging to other

appliances.

• Avoidactionsthatmayharmordamagethecordorplugofyour

appliance.Donotcarryyourappliancebyholdingfromthecord.To

unplug, hold the plug and do not pull by the cord.

• Donotoperateanyappliancewithadamagedcordorplugorafter

the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such

asbydroppingdown,etc.Donotattempttorepairitbyyourself.Call

immediately an Arzum Authorized Service.

• ALWAYS unplug from outlet when not in use, or before putting in or

taking out accessories, or during maintenance and cleaning.

• NEVER operate your Arzum Provita Hand Blender Set With Zirconium

Blade in an empty bowl or outdoors. This may cause damaging to your

appliance.

• Donotoperateyourapplianceforlongperiods;useitforshorter

periods rather.

• Useyourapplianceasrecommended.

SUGGESTIONS OF USE

• RinsetheaccessoriesofyourArzum Provita Hand Blender Set With

Zirconium Blade with mild water before using for the ﬁrst time.

• Operateitwiththeshorterperiodswhenin“Pulse”(operationwithshort

andinterruptedintervals)positionwhenoperatingyourappliance.The

foods which you want

to cut, mix or beat will be mixed better and cut in the same sizes.

WARNING:Yourapplianceisdesignedtooperateforupto10sec.Ensure

not to exceed this duration when preparing foods. Otherwise your unit may

be damaged. Allow your appliance to cool down for about 1 minute per every

operation of 10 seconds.

ZIRCONIUM BLENDER AND CHOPPING

BLADE

Zirconium blender and chopping blades

provide more nutricious servings by reducing

vitamin loss.

With its special design zirconium serrated

blade, it preserves 47% of vitamins in contrast

with standard blades. Through its hardened

material, it keeps sharpness for long time and

ensures longevity.

Serrated blade design ensures more efﬁcient,

practical and long-life usage by comparison

with standard blender blades, in processes

which requires high power or harder foods.

TURBO BUTTON

• TheTURBO button will provide the opportunity of

pulseworkingandmaximumpowerusage.Youcan

obtain the desired result easier particularly in the

beating process by means of the turbo function.

• Pressthebuttonwithshorterintervalswhen

using the turbo function.

Mixing and Cutting With Hand Blender

• Mountthestainlesssteelblenderaccessoriestothemainbodyby

turning until it ﬁts well in its place, without tightening too much.

• Connectthemainsplugtothewallsocket.

• Usespecialmeasuringreceptacleoradeeppotinordertoobtainthe

best results from your hand blender and to prevent the material from

spreading out.

• Cutthematerialsintosmallpiecesandmovesuchpiecesupanddown

through depressing the operation button of your hand blender in the

material.

• Byusingstainlesssteelblenderaccessories

of your appliance you can prepare sauces, milks,

fruit juices, soups, cocktails, and milkshakes; make

cooked vegetables, fruits, and mashed potatoes

(forexample,babyfoods,etc.);mixsuchsoft

materialsasbutter,eggs,ours,andliquidoils(to

makemayonnaise,omelets,dessert,anddough),

and mix any foods being cooked in the oven.

• Assoonasafteryouhavenishedyourworkcleanthestainlesssteel

blender accessories and wipe dry with a damp cloth.

WARNING

• Turnonyourapplianceonlyaftertheingredientsareputintoit,and

NEVER take any materials out of the unit unless it completely stops.

Beating and Mixing

• Bymeansofusingthebeateraccessoriesofyour Arzum Provita Hand

Blender Set With Zirconium Blade you can easily

make the preparations such as cake dough, omelet,

crepe dough and mayonnaise.

• Mountthebeateraccessoriesrstlybypushing

until it ﬁts well in its place in order to use the beater

accessories.

• Turnthebeateradaptertothemotorblockto

mount without tightening too much.

• Plungeyourhandblenderinuprightpositionintothemixingvessel

or a deep raw vessel in which you previously placed the materials

andconnectittotheoutlet.Presstheoperationbuttonandturnthe

materials with the up-down and circular movements.

• Aftereveryuse,ALWAYS dismantle the beater wires from the beater

adapter and wash with the detergent water. It will be enough for you to

wipetheadapterwithadampcloth.Excessivewatermayenterinthe

appliance and may cause it to be damaged.

WARNING

1- ALWAYS operate your hand blender in the upright position.

2- NEVER operate the appliance in an empty vessel or outdoors.

3- Do not press with your appliance on the material hardly

4- Never immerse the body of your blender into water.

Chopping with the Chopper Bowl

• Youcanmakecuttingveryeasilyandpracticallybymeansofthe

chopper accessory with the 700 ml capacity

of your Arzum Provita Hand Blender Set With

Zirconium Blade.

• Afterdefrostingthefrozengoodsandbreads,

remove the shells of the shelled foods and cut the

meat parts without bones.

• Locatethecuttingbladesofyourapplianceonto

the shaft in the middle part of the case.

• Placethefoodstobecutinsideofthecase,ensuringthatthefoods

willbeoftheequivalentlevelandwithoutpilingup.Donotputfoodsover

the recommended amount; otherwise your appliance may be damaged.

• Putthechopperadapterofyourdeviceontothecase,ensuringto

insert in the slot located on the claws in the adapter. If it is operated

without placing completely, then the blade may be deformed.

• Placethemotor/mainbodyofyourhandblenderintheplaceonthe

adapter without tightening too much.

• YoucanstarttheoperationbymeansofpressingtheTurbobutton

which is located on the motor body or pressing the operation button.

• Onceyouhavenishedyourwork,rinsethebowlanddouble-sided

stainless steel blade with water and detergent, and store the blade in the

bowl.

• RinseStainlesssteelblenderusingtepidwaterandsoap.When

cleaning under running water, take care not to leak any water into

the slot on which the motor is located. If water leaks into the slot,

immediately turn upside down and shake it out, and then allow it to cool

down with the blade in the upright position.

• Youcanwashchopperbowl,double-sidedstainlesssteelcutting

blades, and beaters of your appliance by using water and soap, or in the

upper section of a dishwasher.

Cutting and Mixing Suggestions

• TheCuttingandMixingSuggestionsareresultsofthetestsperformed,

and you can determine the operation form and periods according to

your own taste as well.

WARNING

1- NEVER operate your Arzum Provita Hand Blender Set With

Zirconium Blade unless the main body is attached to the chopper

adapter.

2- In case of controlling or ﬁnishing the work when operating your

appliance, do not separate the main boy and the chopper adapter

before stopping the motor completely and unplugging the appliance.

3- Store the cutting blades in the bowl, since they are very sharp.

CARE and CLEANING

• Ensurethatthemainsplugisdisconnectedfromthewallsocketbefore

cleaning the unit, and allow it to cool down for a while.

• Itisveryimportantforyoutorinsetheaccessoriesimmediatelyafter

using, so that the overall cleaning of the appliance can be easier.

• Motor(Mainbody),beateradapter,chopperadapter:NEVER immerse

into water or other liquids. Wipe the outside with a slightly damp cloth

and then dry thoroughly.
