In order to obtain utmost output from your appliance, please read carefully this
user’s manual and save it for further use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electric appliance, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including.
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the Arzum Mio Lux Chopper
corresponds with the mains voltage in your home. Our company shall not be held
liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered
by the guarantee.
• Your deviceisforhousehold use only. It shouldnotbeusedfor commercial
or industrial purposes. Otherwise, inconvenient uses shall not be covered by the
guarantee.
• Keeptheapplianceawayfromandoutofthereachofchildren.
•This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical,
sensoryormentalcapabilitiesorlackof
experienceandknowledgeiftheyhave
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.

•Alwaysdisconnecttheblenderfrom
the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning;
• Do not allow children to use the
blender without supervision.
• To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that supply
insufficient current.
• NEVER place the Arzum Mio Lux Chopper over or near direct heat sources
such as a stove or heating oven.
• Donotletcordhangoveredgeofatableorcounter,or
touch any other appliances.
• Whenusing,carrying,orwashing,takecaretoholdthe
cutting blades of your appliance from the correct side;
otherwise, they may cause serious injuries. When cleaning
theblade,ensurethatyouhandleitkeepingitscuttingsideat
a distance.
• NEVER operate the cutting blade outside of the bowl, since it could be
dangerous.
• Avoidfromtouchinganymovingpartswheninuse.Donotkeepyourhands,
hairs, clothes, or any tools closer.
• NEVER attach to this chopper any accessories belonging to other products.
• Avoidactionsthatmayharmordamagethecordorplugofyourdevice.Donot
carryyourappliancebygraspingfromthecord.Tounplugthechopper,holdtheplug
and NEVER pull by the cord.
• Donotoperateanyappliancewithadamagedcordorplugoraftertheappliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such as by dropping down, etc.
Donotattempttorepairitbyyourself,anddonotinterferewiththeappliancefor
any purposes other than due care. Call immediately an Arzum Authorized Service.
• NEVER use the bowl on or over a gas or electric oven, or any similar surfaces
with heating or flaming.
• Never interfere with yourappliance except for thepurposesof cleaning and
maintenance.Takeittoauthorizedservicesonly.
• ALWAYSunplugfromoutletwhennotinuse,orbeforeputtinginortakingout
accessories, or during maintenance and cleaning.
• NEVER remove the chopping body and transparent intermediate cover, unless
the blade or beater of your Arzum Mio Lux Chopper stops completely.
• NEVERoperateunitwhenempty.Thismaycausedamagingtoyourdevice.
• Useyourapplianceasrecommended.
WARNING:
THIS APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY
FOR 10 SECONDS MAXIMUM. MAKE SURE NOT TO EXCEED SUCH
DURATION WHEN PREPARING FOODS. OTHERWISE, THIS MAY CAUSE
DAMAGING TO YOUR APPLIANCE.
ALLOW TO COOL DOWN FOR 1 MINUTE PER ONE-TIME OPERATION
OF 10 SECONDS.
SUGGESTIONS OF USE
• Beforeusing,rinsetheaccessoriesofyourappliancewithtepidwater.
Chopping:
• Afterremovingthemainbody(motor)andtransparentintermediatecoverfrom
the bowl, place
the double-
sided stainless
steel blades,
one on top of
the other, and
then locate
them onto its
housing in the
bowl.
• Put any material to be
chopped into the bowl (if large,
dividing into 2 or 3 pieces).
• Place the transparent
intermediate cover onto its
housing over the bowl.
This unit does not operate, unless the transparent
intermediate cover is located onto the bowl.
• Locatethe main body /motor unit on this transparent
intermediate cover so that it can be inserted into the
slots.Afterensuringthatthemainbodyissecuredonthe
transparent intermediate cover, connect the mains plug to
the wall socket and initiate the blades by depressing the
operation switch.

NOTE: The starting button of our appliance is 2 speed step; it will operate slowly
when you slowly press on the button, and it will operate fastly when you hardly
press on the button.
• If any non-chopped pieces areleft after operation, mix
such materials with a spatula and try again.
• You can break ICE thanks to the double-folded and
double-sided stainless steel blades of your Arzum Mio Lux
Chopper.
• Afteryouhavefinishedyourwork,immediatelyrinsethe
bowl, transparent intermediate cover,
and cutting blade, and wipe dry them
with a damp cloth.
• Beforeoperatingyourunit,removetheseedsofthose
fruits such as peaches, apricots, plums, etc., and peel those
driedfruits/nutssuchasalmonds,hazelnuts,walnuts,etc.
• Whenusingyourunitdonotfillthebowluptothebrim.
Follow the max. capacity indication.
CARE & CLEANING
In order to ensure many years of proper operation, due care and cleaning of your
Arzum Mio Lux Chopper will be too easy and short.
• Ensurethatthemainsplugisdisconnectedfromthewallsocketbeforecleaning
the unit, and allow it to cool down for a while.
• Itisveryimportantforyoutorinsetheaccessoriesimmediatelyafterusing,so
that the overall cleaning of the appliance can be easier.
• Main body/ Motor unit; NEVER immerse into water or
other liquids. Wipe the outside with a slightly damp cloth and
then dry thoroughly.
• You can clean the double
sided stainless steel blade,
beating apparatus, transparent
intermediate cover, and the bowl
with tepid water and soap.
• Aftereachuse,cleanthecuttingbladeandthenalways
wipe it dry.
• Takecarewhencleaningtheblades,astheyareverysharp.
• Repeatthesamestepsaftereachuse.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI
1. Garantisüresi,malınteslimtarihindenitibarenbaşlarve3yıldır.
2. Malınbütünparçalarıdahilolmaküzeretamamıgarantikapsamındadır.
3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin
KorunmasıHakkındaKanunun11incimaddesindeyeralan;
a- Sözleşmeden dönme,
b- Satış bedelinden indirim isteme,
c- Ücretsiz onarılmasını isteme,
ç- Satılanın ayıpsız bir misli ile değiştirilmesini isteme,
haklarından birini kullanabilir.
4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesidurumundasatıcı;işçilik
masrafı,değiştirilenparça bedeliyadabaşka herhangibirad altındahiçbirücrettalep
etmeksizinmalınonarımınıyapmakveyayaptırmaklayükümlüdür.Tüketiciücretsizonarım
hakkını üretici veya ithalatçıya karşı kullananilir.Satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı tüketicinin bu
hakkınıkullanmasındanmüteselsilensorumludur.
5. Tüketicinin,ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanmasıhalindemalın;
-Garantisüresiiçindetekrararızalanması,
-Tamiriiçingerekenazamisüreninaşılması,
- Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının,yetkiliservis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici veya ithalatçı
tarafındanbirraporlabelirlenmesidurumlarında;
tüketici malin bedel iadesini, ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan varsa malın
ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir. Satıcı, tüketicinin talebini
reddedemez. Bu talebin yerine getirilmemesi durumunda satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı
müteselsilensorumludur.
6. Malıntamirsüresi20 iş gününü,binekotomobilvekamyonetleriçinise30 iş gününü
geçemez.Busüre,garantisüresiiçerisindemalailişkinarızanınyetkiliservisistasyonuna
veyasatıcıyabildirimitarihinde,garantisüresidışındaisemalınyetkiliservisistasyonuna
teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi
halinde üretici veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere
sahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsisetmekzorundadır.Malıngarantisüresi
içerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçensüregarantisüresineeklenir.
7. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasında kaynaklanan
arızalargarantikapsamıdışındadır.
8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek
uyuşmazlıklarda yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya tüketici işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki
Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesinebaşvurabilir.
9. SatıcıtarafındanbuGaranti Belgesininverilmesidurumunda,tüketiciGümrük ve Ticaret
Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğünebaşvurabilir.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI
1. Garantisüresi,malınteslimtarihindenitibarenbaşlarve3yıldır.
2. Malınbütünparçalarıdahilolmaküzeretamamıgarantikapsamındadır.
3. Malın ayıplıolduğunun anlaşılmasıdurumunda tüketici,6502 sayılıTüketicinin
KorunmasıHakkındaKanunun11incimaddesindeyeralan;

Tüketiciücretsizonarımhakkınıüreticiveyaithalatçıyakarşıkullananilir.Satıcı,üretici
veithalatçıtüketicininbuhakkınıkullanmasındanmüteselsilensorumludur.
5. Tüketicinin,ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanmasıhalindemalın;
-Garantisüresiiçindetekrararızalanması,
-Tamiriiçingerekenazamisüreninaşılması,
- Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici veya
ithalatçıtarafındanbirraporlabelirlenmesidurumlarında;
tüketici malin bedel iadesini, ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan varsa
malın ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir. Satıcı, tüketicinin
talebinireddedemez.Butalebinyerinegetirilmemesidurumundasatıcı,üreticive
ithalatçımüteselsilensorumludur.
6. Malın tamir süresi 20 iş gününü, binekotomobil ve kamyonetler için ise 30
iş gününügeçemez. Bu süre, garanti süresi içerisinde mala ilişkinarızanınyetkili
servisistasyonunaveyasatıcıyabildirimitarihinde,garantisüresidışındaisemalın
yetkiliservisistasyonunateslimtarihindenitibarenbaşlar.Malınarızasının10 iş günü
içerisindegiderilememesihalindeüreticiveyaithalatçı;malıntamiritamamlanıncaya
kadar,benzerözellikleresahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsisetmek
zorundadır.Malıngarantisüresiiçerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçen
süregarantisüresineeklenir.
7. Malınkullanmakılavuzundayeralanhususlaraaykırıkullanılmasındakaynaklanan
arızalargarantikapsamıdışındadır.
8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek
uyuşmazlıklardayerleşimyerininbulunduğuveyatüketiciişlemininyapıldığıyerdeki
Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesinebaşvurabilir.
9. SatıcıtarafındanbuGaranti Belgesininverilmesidurumunda,tüketiciGümrük ve
Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğüne
başvurabilir.
