1 Beschreibung

Der Derma Protection ArmComfort verbessert den Halt der Armprothese

und bietet einen hohen Tragekomfort. Der Derma Protection ArmComfort

schützt im Bereich Oberarm-Prothesenschaftrand. Er besteht aus elasti-

schem Polyamidgestrick und hat eine innere Polymer-Gel-Beschichtung.

Das Polymer-Gel ist mit einem medizinischen Mineralöl extrudiert. Dieses

ist besonders hautfreundlich und löst sich beim Tragen aus dem Gel und

pegt so die Haut.

4 Gebrauchs- / Pegehinweise

HINWEIS

Schäden durch falsche Umgebungsbedingungen. Setzen Sie Ihr

Produkt nicht Temperaturen von über 40 °C aus (z. B. thermische Belas-

tung durch heißes Wasser, Trocknen auf der Heizung).

Dies führt zur Zerstörung oder Beschädigung des Produkts.

Den Derma Protection ArmComfort auf »links« vom Schaum stofnlett

abrollen und über den Stumpf ziehen (Abb. 1 und 2).

• Das untere Ende auf »links« wenden (Abb. 3)

• Die Prothese anziehen und den Derma Arm-Comfort auf den Prothesen-

schaft abrollen (Abb. 4).

Das Polymer-Gel des ArmComforts darf nicht auf dem Kosmetikhand-

schuh auiegen. Gegebenenfalls Kosmetikhandschuh kürzen.

• Vor dem Ausziehen der Prothese das obere Ende des Derma Protection

ArmComfort auf dem Prothesenschaft abrollen (Abb. 5 und 6). Nach dem

Anziehen der Prothese einfach auf dem Oberarm abrollen.

Der Derma Protection ArmComfort soll nach Bedarf von Hand mit

Feinwasch mittel in ca. 30 °C warmen Wasser gewaschen werden. Nicht

auswringen. Mit klarem Wasser gründlich nachspülen. Die Trocknungsdauer

kann im Bereich der Polymer-Beschichtung länger sein.

Das Trocknen kann beschleunigt werden, indem der gewaschene Derma

Protection ArmComfort mit einem Handtuch vorgetrocknet wird. Anschlie-

ßend ach liegend auf einem Wäscheständer oder Frottiertuch trocknen

lassen.

Der Derma Protection ArmComfort darf nicht in nassem Zustand

getragen werden!

Vorteilhaft ist es, mindestens zwei Stück Derma Protection ArmComfort

zu besitzen, so dass immer ein trockener und sauberer Derma Protection

ArmComfort zur Verfügung steht.

Wenn die haftende Wirkung des Polymer-Gels vermindert werden soll, kann

der Derma Protection ArmComfort innen leicht gepudert werden.

Zur besseren Hygiene der Haut ist es empfehlenswert, den Derma Protec-

tion ArmComfort einige Stunden am Tag nicht zu tragen, damit frische Luft

an die Haut gelangen kann.

INFORMATION

Um Falten und Knickstellen der inneren Polymer-Gel-Beschichtung zu ver-

meiden, sollte der saubere Derma ArmComfort, wenn er nicht benutzt bzw.

mitgenommen wird, immer auf dem Schaumstofnlett abgerollt werden.

1 Description

Derma Protection ArmComfort improves the suspension of the arm prosthe

-

sis while offering increased wearing comfort. Derma Protection ArmComfort

protects the upper arm from the upper edge of the socket. It is made of a

exible, knitted polyamide fabric and is lined with a coating of polymer gel.

The polymer gel is extruded with a medical grade mineral oil that is especially

gentle to the skin. This mineral oil is released during wearing and, thus,

lubricates the skin.

4 Use and care

NOTICE

your product to temperatures above 40 °C / 104 °F (e. g. thermal impact

caused by hot water, drying on a radiator).

This would destroy or damage the product.

• Roll the Derma Protection ArmComfort inside out to the foam base then

roll this section onto your residual limb. (Illus. 1 and 2).

• Roll the bottom end inside out. (Illus. 3)

Pull on the prosthesis and roll the Derma Arm-Comfort down over the

prosthetic socket. (Illus. 4).

•

The polymer gel must not be in contact with the cosmetic glove. If neces-

sary shorten the cosmetic glove accordingly.

•

Before removing the prosthesis, roll the upper edge of the Derma Pro-

tection ArmComfort down and onto the prosthetic socket (Illus. 5 and 6).

When later donning the prosthesis, simply roll it back onto the upper arm.

Derma Protection ArmComfort may be washed as needed in warm water

(approx. 30 °C / 86 °F using a mild deter gent. Do not wring.

Rinse thoroughly with clear water. Drying time may be longer for the polymer

layer.

Drying time may be shortened by drying it with a hand towel. Lay to dry at

either on a rack of towel.

Do not wear your Derma Protection ArmComfort until fully dry!

We recommend that you have two Derma ArmComforts on hand so you will

always have one to wear that is clean and dry.

If the suspension of the polymer gel should diminish, lightly powder the inside

of your Derma ArmComfort.

For hygienic reasons, and to allow air to reach the skin, we recommend

that you not wear the Derma Protection ArmComfort for at least a few

hours per day.

INFORMATION

To avoid folds and creases in the inner polymer-gel lining, your Derma

Protection ArmComfort should always be stored rolled on its foam bed.

1 Description

Le bonnet Derma Comfort augmente votre confort et assure une bonne

adhérence de votre prothèse de bras. Il protège votre peau au niveau du

contour de l’emboîture de bras. Il se compose de tissu tricoté en polyamide

élastique et possède une couche interne en gel polymère.

Ce gel est recouvert d’une huile minérale à usage médical qui est diffusée

au contact de la peau et lui apporte un soin bénéque.

4 Instructions d’utilisation et d’entretien

Le Gel Polymer du Derma ArmComforts ne doit pas être en contact avec

le gant esthétique. Raccourcir le gant si nécessaire.

• Avant d’enlever votre prothèse enroulez l’extrémité supérieure du bonnet

Derma Comfort sur l’emboîture. Après avoir chaussé la prothèse déroulez

le simplement sur le bras. (ill. 5 et 6).

Lavez le bonnet Derma Comfort à la main à une température de 30 °C.

Utilisez une lessive pour linge délicat. Ne l’essorez pas.

Rincez-le à l’eau claire. La durée de séchage peut être plus long pour les

parties recouvertes du gel-polymère. An d’accélérer le séchage essuyer le

bonnet Derma Comfort avec une serviette. Sécher à plat sur une serviette

ou un séchoir.

Ne pas utiliser le bonnet Derma Comfort humide ou mouillé.

Le fait de posséder au moins deux bonnets Derma Comfort présente

l’avantage d’avoir toujours un bas un bonnet propre et sec à disposition.

Si l’on souhaite diminuer les effets d’adhérence du gel-polymère, on peut

légèrement talcer l’intérieur du bonnet.

Pour une bonne hygiène de la peau, il est conseiller de la laisser aérer

plusieurs heures par jour.

Pour éviter les plis et des cassures de la couche de gel-polymère, enler

le bonnet Derma Comfort propre toujours sur son support en mousse

quand vous ne le portez pas.

Il coprimoncone Derma Protection ArmComfort migliora l’aderenza della

protesi di avambraccio, assicura un comfort elevato e protegge il moncone

nell’area prossima al bordo dell’invasatura. È realizzato in tessuto a maglia in

poliammide elastico ed è dotato di un rivestimento interno in gel polimerico.

4 Indicazioni per l’uso e la cura

AVVISO

il prodotto a temperature superiori a 40 °C (ad es. sollecitazione termica

attraverso acqua bollente, asciugamento sul termosifone).

Ciò può causare danni, anche irreparabili, al prodotto.

Rovesciate il coprimoncone Derma Protection ArmComfort srotolandolo

dalla forma in schiuma e srotolatelo sul moncone (g. 1 e 2).

• Rovesciate l’estremità inferiore (g. 3)

•

Indossate la protesi e srotolate il Derma Arm-Comfort sull’invasatura

(g. 4).

•

Il gel polimero dell‘ ArmComfort non può venire a contatto col rivestimento

cosmetico. Eventual mente accorciate il rivestimento.

•

Prima di togliere la protesi, srotolate l’estremità superiore del coprimonco-

ne sull’invasatura (g. 5 e 6). Dopo aver indossato la protesi, srotolatelo

semplicemente sull’avambraccio.

Al bisogno, lavate il coprimoncone Derma Protection ArmComfort a mano a

ca. 30 °C con un detersivo per capi delicati. Non strizzatelo.

Risciacquate accuratamente con acqua corrente. Per asciugarsi, lo strato

interno in gel polimero richiede un po’ di tempo. Perché si asciughi più velo-

cemente, togliete l’acqua in eccesso con un asciugamano. Sistemate poi il

coprimoncone in piano sopra uno stendibiancheria o sopra un asciugamano

di spugna e lasciatelo asciugare.

Attendete che il Derma Protection ArmComfort sia com pletamente

asciutto prima di indossarlo!

Vi consigliamo di tenere a disposizione almeno due coprimonconi, in modo

da averne sempre pronto uno pulito e asciutto.

Per diminuire l’aderenza del gel polimero, potete cospargere leggeremente

di talco l’interno del coprimoncone.

Per una maggiore igiene del moncone e permettere una corretta traspirazio-

ne della pelle, è consigliabile non indossare il Derma Protection ArmComfort

per alcune ore durante il giorno.

INFORMAZIONE

Quando non lo utilizzate o lo togliete, ricordate di srotolare sempre il

Derma Protection ArmComfort pulito sulla forma in schiuma allegata alla

confezione, per evitare pieghe e danni allo strato interno di gel polimero.

6 Smaltimento

Il prodotto non può essere smaltito ovunque con i normali riuti domesti-

1 Descripción

El Derma Protection ArmComfort mejora la sujección de la prótesis de brazo

y ofrece un alto grado de confort. El Derma Protection ArmComfort protege

en la zona de contacto en los bordes del encaje de la prótesis de brazo.

Se compone de un tejido de poliamida elástica y tiene una capa interior de

gel polímero.

El gel polimero ha sido extrusaso con un aceite mineral. El aceite se disuelve

del gel y protege y lubrica la piel.

4 Instrucciones para el uso y el lavado

AVISO

Daños causados por unas condiciones ambientales inadecuadas.

No exponga el producto a temperaturas superiores a 40 ºC (p. ej.: cargas

térmicas por agua caliente, secado sobre la calefacción).

Esto podría provocar una rotura o daños en el producto.

Enrollar el Derma Protection ArmComfort desde la parte interior de la

espuma y colocar en la zona superior del muñón (Fig. 1 y 2).

• Dar vuelta de la parte distal (Fig. 3)

Colocar la prótesis y desenrollar el Derma Arm-Comfort sobre el encaje

de la prótesis (Fig. 4).

•

El gel polímero del ArmComfort no puede entrar en contacto con el guante

estético. En caso necesario, cortar el guante estético.

•

Antes de quitar la prótesis, enrollar la parte superior del Derma Protection

ArmComfort sobre el encaje de la prótesis (Fig. 5 y 6). Después de la

colocación de la prótesis desenrollar cubriendo el brazo.

El Derma Protection ArmComfort debe de ser lavado a mano con detergente

y agua a aprox. 30 °C. No retorcer.

Aclarar bien con agua. El tiempo de secado se podrá prolongar en la capa

de polimero. El secado podrá ser acelerado utilizando una toalla. Después

dejarlo secar de forma extendida.

No utilizar del Derma Protection ArmComfort estando este mojado!

Puede ser muy útil, disponer de 2 unidades de Derma ArmComfort, para

siempre disponer de uno seco y limpio.

Si se quiere reducir el efecto adhesivo del gel polimero, se puede colocar

talco en la parte interior del Derma ArmComfort.

Para una mejor higiéne de la piel es aconsejable, ventilarla de vez en cuando

y no utilizar el Derma Protection ArmComfort durante algunas horas del día.

INFORMACIÓN

Para evitar arrugas y dobleces de la capa interior del gel polimero, se

debe guardar el Derma Arm Comfort en caso de no utilizarlo siempre

enrollado en la espuma.

6 Eliminación

El producto no puede eliminarse en todas partes con residuos domésticos

sin clasicar. Una eliminación indebida puede tener consecuencias nocivas

para el medioambiente y para la salud. Observe las indicaciones de las

autoridades competentes de su país relativas a la devolución, la recogida

y la eliminación.

1 Descrição

O Derma Protection ArmComfort melhora a aderência da prótese de braço

e proporciona um elevado conforto de uso. O Derma Protection ArmComfort

protege na área do rebordo do encaixe da prótese no úmero. É constituído

por tecido de malha em poliamida e possui um revestimento interior de gel

polímero.

O gel polímero está extrudido com um óleo mineral medicinal. Este óleo

mineral é especialmente agradável em contacto com a pele e durante o uso

solta-se do gel, tratando assim a pele.
